Ferienhaus Eifelsphäre with Sauna and Hot Tub

The wooden house is suitable for families and friends with up to 10 adults. The accommodation is located between the "Maare" (volcanic lakes) in the Volcanic Eifel near the Nürburgring and offers: Sauna for 5 people, 2 winter gardens, one with a pop-up pool, outdoor wood heated hot tub, fire pit, play area, trampoline, fitness equipment in the house, table soccer, table tennis in the large double garage, Netflix, wallbox for electric cars. 2 baby travel cots and 2 high chairs are available.

Großzügige Ferienwohnung, in traumhafter Lage in Simmerath- Dedenborn, direkt an der Rur gelegen. Unser Haus ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf dem Eifelsteig, rund um den Rursee und im Nationalpark. Vom eigenen Balkon aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf die Rur. Vor Ort bei uns müssen Sie ab 01.01.2025 eine Übernachtungsabgabe bar an uns entrichten. Sie besteht aus 5% des Buchungspreises. Dieser Betrag muss von uns 1:1 an die Gemeindes Simmerath weitergegeben werden!

Peace and space in nature 1 - For young and old

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. Welcome to the Eifelheim! Here you can relax in the midst of wonderful nature in the UNESCO Volcanic Eifel Geopark. The Eifelheim is a modern, healthy and environmentally friendly holiday home and offers space for four people. The split-level house from 2022 is located on the southern slope of a quiet side street in the village and offers an unforgettable panoramic view of the forest opposite. The big natural garden invites you to linger. No Partys or loud Music allowed!

Dream house in the forest

Booking for up to 12 adults plus Children are possible. Children can be easily reported to us by message. House with dream views in a quiet place in the Volcanic Eifel very close to the 3-Maare region around Daun. The house is located in a quiet residential area with a sensitive neighborhood and is not a party house. On the outside, the quiet hours must be observed (room volume and absolute tranquility from 10 pm). Music only indoors at room volume with the windows closed.

Pool idyll in the countryside

Enjoy relaxing days on 62m² with combined living and sleeping area (32m²), modern shower and a fully equipped kitchen including fully automatic coffee machine. The highlight is the approx. 55m ² covered terrace with pool, outdoor kitchen and gas grill. Parking is available right in front of the house. Ideal for peace seekers. The apartment is fully heated – a fireplace also creates a feel-good atmosphere. Microwave, hair dryer, towels and linens are of course also included

Apartment "Hekla" in the Eifel

Our former farm with a dream view is an idyllic Eifel village on the edge. The two detached wooden holiday houses can accommodate a total of 18 people. Our renovated apartment "Hekla" can accommodate 2-3 people. Apartment Hekla is part of the farm main house. The Heidberghof is right on the edge of the forest. There is no transit traffic. On the farm live next to us, a Dutch family, also Icelandic horses, dogs, cats and chickens.

Large apartment in a modern renovated former barn in the middle of the historic center of Pfalzel. With private parking. The large family garden with above-ground pool (in summer) may be shared. In the large living room there is a fireplace. Good Wi-Fi is included. Ideal for recreation lovers, solo travelers, groups or families (with children), musicians, but also for business travelers and fitters.
