Beachfront holiday rental in Dauphin Island

This place was perfect! Great proximity to the beach, especially considering it is a pet-friendly home. And, close to town if we needed anything. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The beach was not the least bit crowded, and we had beautiful weather. We loved the layout of the house and how spacious it is. Plenty of everything for comfort and for a home away from home! The instructions were clear and posted in multiple places. The owner was very communicative and friendly. Definitely a place we would stay again and again! Thank you for a perfect vacation!

We loved our stay at Sean‘s place! The pictures do not do it justice! We loved having four bedrooms with a king size bed in each! There is a full bathroom on the main floor and bath upstairs with a clawfoot tub, sink and toilet and a half bath in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen has all the pots, pans utensils and dishes you will need! We loved having the dock so close to the house and the relaxing porch with the hot tub! The neighborhood is peaceful and walkable. The West End Beach is just a few minutes drive by car. It is the most accessible beach on the island with bathrooms. We highly recommend getting shrimp steamed with potatoes, corn, and sausage from Skinners! This house was so conveniently located. We definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at the beach. The house was great and very close to the beach. The pool was also a great feature.

Such a great place to stay for the weekend! We brought our boat to tie to the dock and were easily able to take it out each day. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with plenty of supplies, easy check in, and beautiful location. We will be back!

We had a lovely time at Tiffany’s place! The house is very close to the beach. You do have to cross the main road but the access felt safe for us and our kids. There were many beach toys and amenities which was very nice. The house and neighborhood were comfortable and quiet. It was fun to sit under the house on the swings and relax in the shade! It was easy to walk and bike around the island. We would be very happy to stay there again!

Absolutely gorgeous beach house, steps from the beach. Less of a walk to the beach than any condo bldg we have ever stayed in. Perfect location, out of the hustle and bustle of downtown. My son loved the putt putt course under the house. Two outdoor showers were a tremendous plus. Gorgeous beach view from inside and outside of the house. Huge deck for family lounging. Perfect neighborhood!! House and Beach are both dog friendly which made our vacation so much less stressful. Roseanne was extremely helpful and checked in to make sure the house was as described!! Definitely saving this one for our next trip to the gulf shores/fort Morgan area!

This place was so cute and felt just like home! Our host was easy to communicate with about anything we needed! There was an abundance of extra things to use as we pleased!

Perfect Fairhope Staycation! We are Fairhope locals, but wanted to stay on the bay for a fun getaway. This cottage is just as described: clean, comfortable, and right on the water. We enjoyed cooking outside on the grill, and having drinks with friends on the covered pier. The house was well-equipped with the bedding and linens being especially comfortable. The house’s location was very quiet, allowing for a few restful evenings. Perfect place for a couple or four adults to enjoy the best of Mobile Bay. Just be aware that you are 15-20 minutes from downtown— what we were looking for, but may not be for everyone!

My husband and I took our daughter & her friend here for her 12th birthday. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. This location was much quieter than our usual stay along the main strip, which made for a more relaxing experience after a full day of activities. An easy drive to all the main attractions/restaurants. We would definitely recommend, and would absolutely stay here again!

Cute condo with a gorgeous view of the beach. The condo has a great balcony with chairs so you can sit outside and watch the sunrise and sunset. Resort has multiple pools and is located right on the beach. Chair and umbrella rentals are available on the beach, the guys come around every 2 hours and adjust your umbrella so you always have plenty of shade. Tons of parking spaces, there’s also an elevator just down the hall from the condo. There is a shared small laundry room in the building so you can wash beach towels etc if needed. Make sure you eat at Jesse’s on the Bay, it’s spectacular!

We had a great stay at Lynn and Keith's condo! Perfect for our family vacation. We felt right at home and you cannot beat the location.

We had a great stay! The furniture is nice and comfortable and he provided necessities like k cup coffees, soap, shampoo, face wash, etc. We loved the views and easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was very nice and clean! The view was amazing and loved watching the dolphins in the morning.

The stay was great! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Adam communicated all the information we needed answered all questions promptly. The only negative was the elevator in the building only had 2 elevators and one was not working. When leaving I had to wait over 40 minutes. I had to eventually be very rude and push my way in. I texted Adam telling him that I didn't know if I was going to be able to check out on time due to the wait on the elevator. He text right back saying it was ok if we were a little late.

Rick & CJ were awesome. The condo was exactly as described, they communicated all expectations clearly, and were available to assist with anything needed. Highly recommend!!

This was one of the cleanest, well-maintained, and beautifully appointed houses we've ever stayed in. It was very close to the beach and amazingly clean. Clearly, the owners take pride in this home, and we will definitely stay here again.

We had such a good stay at Sands of Time! We went a little over budget to rent a house on the beach knowing it would likely be easier with children. We were not disappointed and would do it all over again. It was easy for us to set up our tent and chairs while the kids were still snoozing, we enjoyed coffee on the deck while watching dolphins move across the gulf, we were able to rinse off and eat a sandwich in the a/c instead of having SANDwiches. It was so convenient. The kids had a BLAST. We were able to all relax in the spacious living room one day while rain kept us off the beach, too. Check in and out was very easy, there wasn’t ridiculous requests for checkout or tasks during our stay. We truly enjoyed this house and will be back for years to come! The location was super ideal with a short drive (15 min) to several great restaurants, but also out of the hustle and bustle. I could go on and on about all the things I loved about this place!

My husband and I loved our stay here! Everything was just like the photos. The beach is just a short walk over and so is the bay which was super convenient. We loved being able to sit on the deck on the front and the porch on the back and just hear and watch the waves!! I found the kitchen to be well stocked - plenty of seasonings, coffee & filters and dishes (nothing in fridge so no condiments which was fine). After reading other reviews we did bring our own throw blankets, hand soap and shampoo/conditioner and that made things much nicer for us!!! The house was clean! The bed wasn’t great but we slept just fine - the sheets are a bumpy texture but that didn’t really matter too much to us. There also was a funky smell in the bedroom on the window/curtain during our stay (didn’t mention it to them until our last day) but management responded quickly & said it will be resolved. Communication was great - had minor WiFi problems and they quickly came and fixed it! We LOVED our stay!

Great location, beautifully kept condo, and perfect for a family stay. We loved the resort and all of the family friendly activities and options for the kids. The condo was extremely clean, spacious, and the perfect walking distance to the beach. Shawn was a wonderful host. We will definitely return for future vacations.

This condo is wonderful. Had enough room for our family and plenty of extra stuff for everyone to enjoy. Definitely will be visiting again.

A beautiful home with amazing beach access and wonderful pool. Our family took a trip here and with several young kids, it made the trip much more enjoyable being able to go to the beach and back to the house easily. Another plus that wasn’t mentioned is that there’s a Tesla 240V charger at the house which is great for EV charging. Overall, we had a great time!

This was an absolutely beautiful location and the home was clean and comfortable. We loved the ability to be so close to a beach and it was not crowded there. It was peaceful, and Anna steered us to Chaise n Rays for beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas. They delivered each day. We rented a golf cart and everything is so close that we could drive it around instead of loading up the vehicle. Awesome family vacation!

The place was beautiful, very clean and accessible. They had everything we needed or could’ve needed. Very safe area and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!
