Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Dauphin Island

It was as advertised! Beautiful view from the balcony, beach was not overly crowded and the elevators were great- after you stay in a few of these large condos you realize how important that is! Booked for 6 days and on day 4 there was an electrical fire which forced everyone to evacuate the building. Enjoyed the penthouse except for that day as electricity was shut off so their elevators didn’t work and we had to lug all of our stuff down 16 flights :( Terrible timing and obviously a huge inconvenience for our vacation to say the least but luckily no one was hurt/injured in the situation and Joe was awesome throughout the 2 day ordeal- he even allowed us to stay at another property he manages for free on the 2nd night. The owners also immediately refunded us for 2 full days. So even though our vacation didn’t end as planned, it was no fault of anyone but we appreciated the response we got and I would stay there again without hesitation!

This place was perfect for what we needed! Amanda was super friendly and responded quickly to any questions I had! The location was great and away from all the traffic and people in Gulf Shores! It was a short walk to the beach and the beach was never over crowded! Also, having security at the condo made for an even more comfortable stay! We hope to stay again!

We made some great memories! The jet skis and parasailing were right in front. The splash pad made it easier for my autistic daughter to transition from beach to condo. Great location with amazing views!

This listing was very nice! Terra’s condo was clean, accommodating, and had beautiful views of the gulf. The entire building and pool were kept up very well. It is close to local restaurants and shopping. Terra was very easy to communicate with. The best thing about this listing was how affordable it was. We will definitely be staying here again!

It was such an amazing time. Very family oriented. Such a beautiful place! I can’t wait to book this room again!

We have stayed at Steve’s condo twice for our annual girls trip. A couple of us have stayed an additional time. So we are very familiar and comfortable with knowing what we need to bring or what will be in the condo waiting on us. The location within the complex is convenient with close parking and short walk to the beach. We enjoy the 3rd floor…with the elevator always available if needed but the stairs are convenient also. We enjoy the pool in the evenings and being able to walk to the Sassy Bass in our suits and coverups for dinner if we don’t want to go out. 🩱☀️ Additional seating in the living area would be nice after a long hot fun day in the sun. We are always pleased with our stay. The price is right and the weather was beautiful. So until next year. ⛱️☀️🇺🇸

We’ve been coming to Orange Beach for over 20 years and always stay at Windward Pointe, but this was our first time in Diane’s unit and it was by far the best experience we’ve had! Not only did the condo have everything we needed, it had so much more. For the first time ever, I didn’t feel the need to bring a lot from home. There’s a closet stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, floats,even a little pool we brought for our grandbaby, which we left for the next guests to enjoy. The condo was also well-supplied with essentials: laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a cabinet full of seasonings and non-perishable items. There was even another closet with beach towels, sunscreen, and a first aid kit. It’s the first time we’ve stayed somewhere that keeps helpful items left by previous guests for the next ones,such a thoughtful and practical touch. We will definitely be booking Unit 1201 again next time. Thank you, Diane, for making our stay so comfortable.

Beautiful views and location - you just feel at home here. Sit out on the deck at night and listen to the waves and feel the breeze! You won’t regret it. Ann is a kind and thoughtful host. Thoughtful of traveling families and anticipating the Gulf experience. I’d highly recommend this beautiful location and Ann as host.

Our stay was wonderful! Kim is so responsive and very accommodating. She made it very easy for us to get in touch/ask questions. The place was beautiful and very relaxing!

This place was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve made plans to try to come back this September. Jetta is a great hostess. We were very pleased in every area.

Exactly as pictured. If you want something quieter with less crowded beaches, this is it! Perfect for 2, but could accommodate 4, especially if they are kids. Quiet surroundings, a short walk just past the pools to the water. Elliot is suoer helpful and quick to answer any questions. Check in was simple. My husband and I have stayed in places all over the Gulf, ranging from super high end, to plain and simple and everything in between. Would 100% stay here again.

The location was perfect! It’s about a 20 minute drive to town but so worth it. The beaches here are not as crowded and made for a great trip for us, especially with a 4 years old. The condo was a great size for us (2 adults and one child).

This place is spectacular for a beach vaca! The condo is clean, great beach view, all amenities you’ll need, great communication with owners! An absolute 10/10 WIN! The grounds has plenty to keep a family busy with pools, gym, hot tub, swings, and great on site food at Sassy Bass! Will definitely be renting again asap! Thanks Max for all the lil EXTRAS! It makes it so easy for the guests!

The condo looked just like the pictures. It was so beautiful. Even though we were staying at a condo it felt pretty private. It was quick to get to the beach and parking was easy. I liked the proximity to other places for shopping or dining. We loved our stay and would like to come back.

Fantastic place to get away. We are already looking for another opportunity to visit. The Beach Club has a wonderful setup and is perfectly place minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores. The unit was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. I fully recommend this unit and resort. Two thumbs up!

The kids and I really enjoyed the place. It was our first time staying in Fort Morgan. Not having all the restaurants and stores nearby was different for us but we had a great time with all there was to do in the complex with indoor and outdoor pool, great beach access on the boardwalk, and fun tennis and pickleball courts. The condo seemed like the perfect size and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. TVs were a little tricky for us to figure out and maybe could use a few more soup type spoons but that’s really minor stuff. Still a great time celebrating my birthday which I otherwise was dreading :)

Loved the condo and location. Wished we discovered the cart room upon arrival (next to the elevator), but used one to leave.

Beautiful location, beautiful home-we especially appreciated the pool with 3 children under 6. I loved watching the dolphins. We also of course loved the beach and the proximity to the marina. Amy was very responsive and helpful-would love to return.

We had a fantastic experience staying here during our trip to Mobile! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches—like the candy and bottled water waiting for us when we arrived. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into making their guests feel welcome. Highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting the area!

Shanna's house is fantastic! The architecture is so unique and it is very well done! The neighborhood is quiet and we took lots of walks while there. Would stay again!

The beach view was beautiful! We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. The condo was pleasant and family friendly. We enjoyed our stay. We had a fun family vacation and made lots of memories.

Our extended family loved staying at Josie’s place! We had a nice place to take strolls through the quiet, clean, and safe neighborhood of Kiva Dunes. The kitchen is well-appointed- better than most. The shuttle service to the boardwalk is nice and quick. There is plenty of room to spread out and have our own space which was nice traveling with our 84-year-old parents, a two-year-old grandchild, and everyone in between. Josie was very responsive to all of our questions. Our older parents did ok with the steps getting to the front door. We would stay here again! We have many good memories to take with us, now!
