The property sits on a canal that is connected to fowl river, Mobile Bay and the Mississippi Sound. There is kayaks and a canoe on the property for you to explore the water ways or do some fishing. Come visit our 100 year old Farmhouse. It has a unique history. It was a brothel and gambling establishment during the prohibition era. It’s even been rumored to have been visited by Al Capone and a US President! Today, it is a charming hobby farm filled with vintage flair and cozy spaces. We offer a suite of four rooms with a private entrance. There are two bedrooms, a living room, and a private bathroom all on a dedicated second floor. Lots of privacy, and you can enjoy the grounds.

Tucked away in a private staircase Downtown Fairhope. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a beautiful kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator, sink and stove. The apartment offers comfortable seating, work or dining table for two, and a full bath with a shower. In the living area, there is a queen bed and small dining table. Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
