Urlaub machen in mitten der Natur, Berge, Wälder und Täler der schwäbischen Alb. Unser Apartment liegt am Rande eines kleinen idyllischen 450 Seelen Dorfes (in der Nähe der Stadt Balingen) mit Tante Emma Laden, Spielplatz und Freibad. Im Gartengeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses erwarten sie helle freundliche Zimmer, eine überdachte Terrasse mit Gartenanteil und eine traumhafte Aussicht über das ganze Tal. Von ihrem Sonnenbänkle aus können sie hier entspannt den Weitblick und die Ruhe genießen.

Attention radar trap, 30 km/h.The appartment ist located 3 min from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Min to the historic town Horb.About 35 min to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Unsere renovierte Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und umfasst ca. 65 qm. Sie ist im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Sie hat 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten (1x190/200; 1x140/200), Wohn-Essbereich, Küche (voll ausgestattet), Dusche, WC, Balkon, Sat-TV, Musikanlage, WLAN, Kinderbett u. Hochstuhl. Parkplätze in der Nähe. BITTE BEACHTEN: Sofern zwei Gäste beide Schlafzimmer beanspruchen, erheben wir einen zusätzlichen Aufschlag von 12 € pro Nacht.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf den Plettenberg

In dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft kannst du dich zurücklehnen, die Ruhe genießen und entspannen. 2020 und 2021 haben wir sie mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Sie liegt im Obergeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses – 4 km vom Schömberger Stausee entfernt, 8 km sind es nach Balingen und 19 km nach Rottweil. Vom Dachfenster der Küche/Esszimmerbereich aus erhebt sich der Plettenberg mit seinem bekannten Turm, vom Schlafzimmer ist bei guter Witterung der Hohenzollern / Hechingen zu sehen.

Our Heidi House is located in the middle of the Black Forest, in a small valley surrounded by green meadows. Next to the Heidi house is the farm we live on. The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.

Herzlich Willkommen im gemütlichen und ökologisch gebauten Holzhaus “Herta” auf dem Land! In fußläufiger Nähe zum Waldrand befindet sich unser Blockhaus mit 3 Zimmern und bietet bis zu 4 Gästen einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Unser Motto: Gemütlichkeit und Entspannung gepaart mit Natur und Sport. Freut euch auf einen Ort der Erholung und schaltet ab. Es stehen zwei e-bikes zu eurer freien Verfügung, um die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden.
