Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Davenport

Midwest Magnolia is such a cute place! There were so many thoughtful touches that we appreciated, especially having two young kids with us. There were toys and books and games and a backyard that made traveling with small kids easier. It’s also close to the interstate and a good coffee shop and not too far from a variety of food options. We will definitely consider staying here again when we’re back in town!

We had unexpected travel arrangements that we needed to make for a funeral the week of Thanksgiving for our large family. Jeanne was so helpful with our last minute stay accommodations. She knew we were traveling with a toddler and had multiple pack and plays for her one in basement and one upstairs because I had mentioned I didn’t know which space she would sleep in. She had toys available for her to play with and a high chair setup in the kitchen. Left breakfast for our large crew and even a bottle of wine. She thought of everything. The house was equipped with everything you could need in the gourmet kitchen including sippy cups, toddler plates and silverware. She ensured we had more than enough towels and left a stocked closet filled with toiletries. 2 coffee bars stocked with everything we could need including teas and hot chocolate. Since we were arriving late she had the porch light on for us. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Jeanne for everything!!!

Everything was Nice!!

As advertised, and more! The views alone are worth it. But lots of little touches throughout the place makes it even more enjoyable. Hot tub at night (or coffee in the morning) is hard to beat. And Betzy was so nice abs proactive with checking and helpful info. We’ve already got it in our heads to come back next year when we come back to town!

The cottage was so cozy and comfortable. Close to so many things, the neighborhood was quiet and our kids loved the yard. Lots of thoughtful details made our stay a breeze and Teri was friendly and helpful.

The house was immaculate and very quaint! It had everything we needed and made our stay very enjoyable. The back patio was a plus! Will definitely stay there again when we come visit family in the area!

Absolutely beautiful home. Gorgeous property with great landscaping. Walked the neighborhood every day, enjoying the Coffee House each morning. Lynn was a very responsive host and her house is one of the most fantastic homes I've enjoyed while using Airbnb. Easily suitable for a large family gathering and walking to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and along the river. I would highly recommend Lynn's home to anyone considering staying at a home in the Quad Cities area.

Great place for a large group for the living space. Bathrooms were very spacious. Bedrooms were spacious as well but 2 adults sleeping in some of the beds would be tight. I wish that there was a bigger dining room table... but that dining room is so great! love the chalk board! ... and more outdoor furniture please. We really enjoyed the deck but there wasn't enough chairs for 10 of us. In general we felt comfortable and enjoyed the home.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is beautiful—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The main bedroom is spacious and relaxing, and the smaller room is charming and well-designed. The open living space and kitchen made it easy to feel at home. We loved being right above a bakery and within walking distance to cute local restaurants. It’s also across from the police and fire station, which was quiet and added a nice sense of safety. Pete was a great host—very responsive and flexible with our itinerary. He answered texts quickly during planning and even picked up the phone right away when we had a question about the key. Everything was smooth and welcoming. We’d definitely stay again!

Robert's farm and aviation paradise was so much fun for this nature lover. The apartment is wonderfully roomy and quite comfortable. And the fully kitchen makes it so easy to cook. The peacocks and the chickens — it's a real farm. And... the crown jewel of this location is the large outdoor deck right outside the living room, and _huge_ backyard and pond. And it doubles as an actual plane-landing strip. Sooooo cool. I enjoyed lots of time talking with Penny and Robert. And... the WiFi is now totally fixed and working super well. I'm a super-techie and have a high standard for this. Highly recommended. Enjoy!

At first the outside and area may make you feel like you are in a bad/unsafe area, but this is b/c its in an up and coming area. Overall felt safe, once I got comfortable. You are in super easy walking distance of the weekend Farmers Market, which I highly recommend. You could walk to all the bars and resturants down on 3rd, but I did a quick drive, might be too far to walk in fancy shoes. The hosts were super responsive, helped when I had questions. Explained the auto locks well. The room was good air and kept cool. Bed was extremely soft and comfortable. Made some suggestions DM to hosts to help improve the environment of the place but overall would stay here again. Big space for only 1 full bed, so plenty of floor and other spaces for additional guests, like a long couch in 1 and a short couch in another space, but no doors, one long open space with some partition walls, so you wouldn't have privacy for bedrooms or couches, but you would be separated with room. Recommend

The apartment is a home away from home! Besides being meticulously clean, Katie has done a phenomenal job ensuring the space has everything one could possibly need for a short-term stay. All appliances and fixtures are new, modern, and thoughtfully selected for both aesthetics and performance. There was always ample street parking, and the neighborhood was quiet. Katie was also kind and very responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend and would stay there again!

The Lone Star Loft was WONDERFUL! This Airbnb is up there with the best I've ever stayed. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated! Sheila was a phenomenal host. We will be back!!!

We had the best stay at Shelly’s! Shelly was super responsive and thoughtful - checking in with us about bad weather and anything else we may need. The neighborhood is right near Vander Veer park, which was super nice to walk around. Great central location to downtown and the suburbs for grocery shopping and such. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Excellent host. Left me to conduct my business just as I like it. Insisted I reach out if I needed anything. I’m definitely going to recommend this spot to others in my company looking for a quiet stay while working in the area.

Stayed at Aaron’s place for my annual golf trip. Only 5 mins from TPC Deere Run and 15 mins from Fyre Lake made early mornings very manageable. Also was a very short walk to dollar general to restock on snacks and beverages as well as ‘Grease Monkeys’, the local watering hole for post round drinks and food. Overall the trip was memorable and the location and ease of access to Aaron’s place was the icing on the cake

I can say that we will be back we need accommodation in Rock Island. And my sister who lives here highly recommends Stacey’s place. We loved the charm of her Condo, how it is preserved the history of the building. Thank you again for letting us stay with you. Five stars!

We spent 2 weeks at this condo, with pets. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and this will be our returning place when we come back to Iowa. The new build had everything you could need and is beautiful. The ease of taking pet's in and out was so convenient out back patio and chairs to sit in. Close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is clean, safe and friendly. The interstate rest area is out back, however there is a chainlink fence and is kept beautiful and there was very minimal distractions from it. All was quiet inside. WiFi was great with no issues. Really liked the garage parking. Beautiful condo. Sara was helpful and quick to respond when we extended our visit. We truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!!
