Celebrated our 1 year anniversary and it was absolutely lovely, we are definitely going back! Lynden was so lovely and gave clear instructions that made finding eveything so easy, love our tour of the farm and feeding all the animals that were so friendly! The room was really nice and decorated so beautifully & really appreciated the complimentary snacks. We loved the hot tub, lighting the fire for our marshmallows, and how close the animals got to us! Was a lovely place to stay felt so at home and welcomed, would define my recommend :)

Perfect for our short stay in Milton Keynes, hut was lovely and was nice to have some tea and biscuit provisions. Easy check in and a beautiful area to be set up at. Hut is right next to the farm house and store. Fortunately we had no noise from either. Overall very pleased, only slight issue was that the bathroom fan wasn't working (or we couldn't work out how to turn it on) so it got very humid in there, some signs of mould but could be related to the fan so I'm sure will get fixed soon.

Jo’s cottage was so cosy and had everything we needed as a group of 6. We all commented on how exceptionally comfy the beds were, and all took a peek at where the bedding was from so we could buy ourselves! The cottage is in a quiet area, so it’s lovely and peaceful. We would highly recommend a stay here ☺️

Absolutely amazing space to get together with friends and family. We stayed for a weekend as a group of 14, 9 adults and 5 kids and we had plenty room for all of us. The place is beautiful, exactly as shown on pictures and the bedrooms/huts are all spacious, clean, warm and comfy. The kitchen is spotless and big and the different areas available to chill in, is a huge plus for this place. Communication was easy and Fred and Charlotte were prompt and friendly in responses. We would all recommend this place and we wish we had longer here, the kids were as gutted as the adults to leave. The hot tub was amazing! 5 stars without doubt and would love to stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Annie’s cottage in the Cotswolds! The place was cosy, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches—board games, books, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need for a breakfast. Annie was a fantastic host—super helpful, responsive, and kind. She gave great recommendations for local pubs and walking trails. The backyard lawn was beautifully maintained, with tables and chairs dotted around the compound, perfect for meals or a picnic. It was a peaceful, relaxing retreat and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming stay in the Cotswolds!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hayloft! The space is beautifully done — modern, cosy, and spotless, with everything you could need. We loved the peaceful countryside views, the woodland walks, and meeting the animals. It was a perfect escape. The hosts were thoughtful, and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

A beautiful place to stay , with so many extras , felt totally private and loved the use of the outdoor seating area and hot tub . Both me & my wife said it had been one of our favourites, note to others book somewhere to eat if travelling at the weekend. The only ‘extras’ we d of liked would have been robes & slippers but that said that’s being picky . A beautiful find .

Lovely location on the outskirts of Hinckley. Peaceful and quiet but only 5-10 mins drive from Hinckley with Morrisons and a farm selling fresh milk really close by. Property itself is a beautiful barn conversion with a huge open plan kitchen and 2 large bathrooms. Everything was very clean, well organised and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very friendly and helpful if we had any questions but not intrusive. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, directions were very helpful but it was quite easy to find also. Pristine pod with everything we needed for a lovely night. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and we’ll definitely be booking again x

We had a fabulous stay at The Fuller’s Shed. The place was everything we imagined and more. Everything was clean, well presented, immaculate throughout. The location was amazing, quiet with stunning views. Watching the spectacular sunsets over the countryside whilst sitting in the hot tub was just perfect. Kate left a comprehensive guide for guests of the local area with restaurants, cafes and bars which come recommended. Overall we will definitely be visiting again and Kate was a fantastic host. We had a superb stay at The Pod. It was ideal for our 2 night visit. It was spotlessly clean and in such a lovely private rural area with loads of wildlife all around. Great parking facility and all the conveniences you could want. We so enjoyed our stay and would most definitely book again. Thank you Kirsty

Amazing place, so peaceful, total privacy, everything is there what you might need. Lindsey is very lovely person, explained nicely everything, showed us all the area, answered our questions and was there for us anytime we needed. I hope in future I will come back there🙂

Lovely Family Stay at Church Walk Farm We had a wonderful stay at Church Walk Farm. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds very comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. We were a group of four adults and four children, and the property was very family-friendly. The nearby playground was a big hit with the kids, and we all enjoyed the scenic walk down to the canal. There is also a fantastic play area at The Globe Inn — perfect for a drink with little ones. There's also a convenient farm shop nearby for picking up local produce and essentials. Overall, a peaceful, well-equipped place for a relaxing family break. Highly recommended!

I booked this accommodation on behalf of colleague training in the area, and it turned out to be a great fit. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout the booking and stay. My colleagues were very happy with the experience, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant stay in the area.

Lovely host, cosy and comfortable home (and beds) with everything you need. Views were amazing!! Kids loved being able to see the farm animals. Good base if you want to visit Oxford or the Cotswolds, and/ or you want to get away from it all. Would 100% recommend it.

Had a great stay at The Fold recently. The cottage had everything we needed and the location is perfect for exploring the Cotswold. Our daughter loved being on the farm and especially the dogs that came to say hello every morning!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Patricia and Alastair were the loveliest and most thoughtful hosts—so communicative, warm, and helpful throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. There were so many personal touches around the house that made our stay extra memorable. The house itself is gorgeous—beautifully decorated, with super comfortable beds and plenty of inviting spaces to relax in. We were in town for a wedding locally at Hadsham Farms, and following advice from Patricia, arranging transport with the local taxi firm was a breeze. Very good spot to stay if you are at a wedding over that way. I've stayed in many Airbnbs around the world, but this place is my absolute favourite—thanks to Patricia and Alastair, who are truly exceptional hosts. I’m already planning to coming back for a weekend getaway later this summer/early autumn! Thank you both so much for such a wonderful experience—we truly appreciated every moment.

The Cottage is a warm and relaxing get away. Was able to easily walk to restaurants, shops, pubs and food markets. Local bus across the street allowed me to see other villages. Joanne was a great host and always responded quickly. It was a home away from home for three weeks. Delightful stay.

Have been staying here for 5 years…currently petitioning Mark to build a family house so I can bring the kids : ) I really believe this type of host and property will save Airbnb. Nobody i know really uses Airbnb anymore because it’s too expensive and poorly run around the world. Hotels provide so much more value than Airbnb…unless you compare them to Mark’s properties. This is how it should be done⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an amazing stay at the Chestnut Barn, which I used as a home base during a month-long planned visit to England. I chose this rental for its central location and lovely pictures of the countryside near the Oxford Canal. Both turned out to be extremely accurate and a big part of why I really enjoyed my stay. Going in I had no idea I would love sipping coffee and watching sheep, as I did several times when I returned to Braunston after a day or multi-day trip to other parts of England. I haven't changed my home screen on my computer for several years, but now it has the view from the back patio with sheep, a few canal boats, the rolling hills stretching to the horizon, and the beautiful blue skies I was fortunate to have while there. Amanda and Matt were extremely friendly and helpful during my stay, helping when needed when I accidently turned off the hot water (my bad) and also allowing plenty of privacy to enjoy the lovely setting. The interior was sparkling and enjoyable.
