Nice property would stay again

Booked last minute as accommodation let me down very abruptly. Perfect home, had everything you needed. Smelt amazing, squeaky clean and well decorated. Good size drive for 2 cars and close to restaurants and bars.

Great location, two minutes walk to Rutland Water. Cottage was very clean and tidy. Charlotte lived close by so was able to give us help if we needed it. She suggested a visit to Stamford which we did. Oakham is close with plenty of places to eat. We had access to her lovely garden and so were able to sit out there.

Great house, well described and just what we needed

We had a fantastic time at Jamie’s house, a group of ladies, celebrating our 60th birthdays. Each room had an en-suite which was a real plus. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had everything we needed. He even provided toiletries and cleaning products. Jamie replied quickly to our questions. A great location, with the large garden and hot tub. The coffee machine was great too! Highly recommended, we hope to return in the near future.

Our weekend was absolutely amazing, the caravan is very comfortable, clean & in a lovely location, would definitely highly recommend

I stayed here over the weekend and had a good experience! The place was exactly as described—clutter free, and had everything our group needed for a short stay. Had to follow-up for check-in details but Ashley was responsive and friendly with the check-in itself being super easy. It was overall good value. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay! Clean apartment with good amounts of space for a small family. Decorated well! Not far from Coventry centre, Coombs national park - everything within 15 mins drive. Easy to get in to with clear instructions. Great Airbnb! Recommend A+++

Been stay there for a month and felt amazing. Location is really great in town center right opposite the shopping mall. 5 mins drive to Train Station Many Supermarkets and Convenience Stores nearby Amazing flats, environment is good neighbour is super nice. Everything is perfect The Apartment is great and clean, much better than I expected. The host was super nice!! Any problem with the flat the host will help you asap. Would recommend this stay 👍🏼

We booked Glyme Flat as we were working in the local area for a couple of days. What a lovely place to wind down after a days work! The instructions to find the place & check in where especially useful as it is very off the beaten track. Make sure you've got them downloaded as there really isn't much signal there! Fantastic place nestled within a beautiful modern homely community. Everything down to having all the different utensils required to make a good dish is there. The effort going into making this beautiful place so welcoming is great!

Beautiful cottage style house very homely with lots of personal expression in the decor and personal effects (instruments and furnishings) Very spacious both inside and outside. Close enough to Milton Keynes for our event and close to surrounding towns but very quiet residential area with quaint little strip of shops and a post office. Was ideal stay for our purposes at a time where all accommodation was high it was fairly priced although I did mention it was not most ideal price but when you get there and see that your in their home and protecting their space it is clear why it’s priced as such. This is a stay that will feel like you’re in someone’s home, however, the communication and instructions allow you to feel at ease and welcome. Neighbours seemed lovely and friendly and the cat was a welcomed visitor. Cannot fault the property or its amenities at all would love to stay again

Wow! Where do I even begin. Nena and her family, along with their staff, were extraordinary hosts. Very friendly and accommodating, and provided lovely recommendations when asked. The beauty of this property is unmatched! The hazelnut cottage was the perfect place to unwind and relax after our busy days in London and Paris. There was plenty to explore on the property as well - playing croquet on the lawn was a highlight of our trip! For our first vacation to Europe from the states, we wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. We are already planning a trip back and will recommend these cottages to everyone we know. 1000/10! Ps. The carrot cake is delicious!

A perfectly peaceful escape each evening whilst we were working long days at an event nearby. Thanks Katie for being such a wonderful and helpful host!

Really lovely stay. Extremely pristine and private airbnb, perfect for dogs and so peaceful! If your only knowledge of the English countryside is from romantic movies, then this is pretty much 100% as dreamy as you would hope. Angela was always available and responded in an extremely timely manner. We have stayed in many places that claim the pool is heated only to be disappointed. This pool was so warm we could swim in 18c weather on a cloudy day. We loved everything about our stay and the kitchen is very generously stocked with knives, cutting boards, kitchen scissors, etc. We could not recommend this airbnb and the hosts enough! The neighbours are also so kind and warm and even suggested walking routes for us and the dog. Don’t hesitate and book in now!

Wish we could go back on a regular basis, as this was an amazing stay for our first time to the UK. Absolutely would recommend! Thank you for a lovely week!

Great clean accommodation very close to main town, restaurants and river, lovely host who kept in contact to ensure everything was ok. We stayed family of four for 10 days and loved it
