Superb location to relax and unwind, beautiful views, comfortable stay and would highly recommend booking.

Bit of a mix up with the poor cleaner who had car troubles, but Leroy sorted that out immediately and was really helpful and responsive! The van is a fab size and in a great location, but quite a sturdy walk to the back and back. No trouble for us though, as we are big walkers! A really quiet site with easy access and parking. Everything we needed facilities wise was in the van and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks so much Leeroy! 🌟

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Waterside Cottage. Lovely cottage with a perfect location. We had a wonderful week. We were travelling with a 18 month old and was so happy to see the house had stair gates, cot, high chair and a changing mat! Rarely do properties have all the equipment. My children loved being opposite the waterfowl centre and checked on the baby ducklings every day. Thanks Alex for being so responsive and checking in on us.

What a perfect place and stay! Could not fault a thing. The decor was lovely and quirky, the place was super clean and we had everything we needed. Location was also perfect for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Just had one of the most brilliant stays at "Little Spindles". A fantastic eco-built property situated down a quite lane with everything needed for a peaceful, relaxing time away. Inside, the property is just amazing; so clean and tidy, with top quality fixture and fittings and tastefully decorated. The garden area is mainly laid to lawn and is large and private, thanks to surrounding trees and shrubs. There's a little stream at the bottom of the garden and we were fortunate enough to see a kingfisher during our stay! It's close to the centre of Ashburton (lovely little place!) and ideally positioned for a wide variety of sightseeing and walking trips. Poppy is a great host and is always on hand to offer help when needed. We look forward to a return visit!

We loved our stay at Gemma’s place. It suited our needs perfectly. Great location as it’s walkable to the beach and town. Spotless and very comfortable. We really appreciated the flexible check in too. Would highly recommend.

Such a great place to stay. It is spotless and Jaquine has thought of everything that you might need from a bottle of fizz to salt and pepper etc. Such a short walk to the beach and famous fish and chips. The scenery is stunning and the location is quiet and relaxing. Fantastic to visit many places of interest nearby.

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

Wonderful place to stay, we throughly enjoyed our week away. The apartment is very spacious, has great views and everything you need. There is a bus stop right outside, which we found handy and the train station is only a 20 min walk into town. We didn’t have the best weather to make use of the patio furniture as much as we’d have liked, but the time we did spend outside was enjoyable and peaceful. Dawn and Richard were great hosts, and the personal touches were a lovely thought. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely, clean, warm and comfortable with everything you could wish for. Dan was very accommodating, and quick to answer questions. Very happy.

Rockpool is a wonderful place to stay! Kay is a friendly, helpful and generous host. We appreciated the lovely treats left in the fridge for us. The location is peaceful and quiet and the accommodation is comfortable, very clean and well equipped.

I felt more than welcome the moment I arrived, both Carolyn and her husband (teddy I think!) were so kind and helpful. I’d come down to cycle and see a friend. On arrival I realised I’d left part of my bike at home. The hosts literally went above and beyond to help ensure my disaster was solved and I can’t thank them enough. The Airbnb was delightful, beautiful surroundings and perfect location, totally private yet so near all you could need. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending a stay there and will be back, of that I’m sure!

The garden flat is a very pleasent place to stay. Everything in the kitchen works well, the bathroom is lovely and the bed very comfortable. The outside space is a great space to sit and watch what's happening in the estuary. Claire is a good host, friendly and amenable. The village of Shaldon is easy to walk to, with a couple of nice pubs , and friendly people. All in all, a very nice place to spend some time.

Lacey was responsive and helpful. Very clear instructions to access the property. Air BnB was cozy, utilised space well and still room to move around. Very welcoming, was super comfortable and would definitely stay again!

Stay Salty was excelent, central location and very close to a car park. Dog friendly and a beach just round the corner within easy walking distance. a couple of 100 yds. As bad weather was expected on one day Matt offered to supply extra dog towels if needed, totally unexpected but shows the level of service. Teignmouth was good and within easy reach of larger town if the need was there. Would recommend it to anyone who fancied the area along the glourous South Devon Coast.

A beautiful apartment just a short walk away from the centre of Torquay. Dean was very helpful. I would happily stay here again.

The flat was in a perfect location for marina, beach and the strand with local bars, cafes and local places to eat. The kitchen super equipped with everything. Super comfy bed lovely towels and plenty of them. Could not have been more pleased when we arrived. Would definitely book again without hesitation if we returned to exmouth. Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. We have no hesitation in recommending this gorgeous apartment, you won't be disappointed. Su & Joe Makin

what a fabulous find! so we'll equipped with lovely furnishings. Close to town/ beach etc. would most definitely stay again. Almost forgot to mention the cream tea that was also provided!

We had a lovely stay. Would definitely come again, for us the space was the perfect size. We felt very accommodated for our little one with a good high chair, cot and change mat provided. It was clean, the location was the centre of everything and plenty of car parks around to use not too far away. We had slight issue with the hot water, but this was fixed remotely and promptly when we messaged which is all we can ask for. Having a lift was a big pro also for us with a little one and pram. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Julia's Garden Apartment, Topsham was excellent. We loved our stay there. Very comfortable, welcoming and relaxing, with all the amenities nearby. Topsham is such an interesting and characterful place to stay. Thank You, Julia, for being so caring and helpful and a really great Host. We are back in Canada now but will definitely come again to the Garden Apartment!

For just a little getaway with friends. this was the perfect spot. the place we booked out was outstanding. so close to the beach and the furniture was so comfortable. got a bit confused with how to work a electric stove but once reading the instructions we read we were just a little stupid. Sonia gave just all a breakdown of everything within a book in the kitchen and i couldn’t have asked for a better holiday
