Beach condo holiday rentals in Daytona Beach

Gorgeous views in this lovely condo. Comfortable beds, nicely decorated and well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Pool is nice, and you're right on the beach. Even if you don't want to eat at the Top of the Daytona restaurant on the building's top floor, definitely go up to have a drink and take in the views.

The unit was very clean. The location was perfect for us and I appreciated the underground parking with a designated parking space. The private terrace provided a great ocean view and some protection from the direct sun if needed. The host even provided some snacks when we arrived. I am looking forward to visiting again later this year.

Working with Dennis and his team was so incredibly easy to work with! Every time we had a question Dennis and his team was right there to answer it. Made the trip have no worries about staying at their place. Im looking forward to coming back and working with Dennis and his teams and staying in their units!! I’m Very satisfied !

We had the BEST weekend getaway here! Steve was an amazing host! Everything was easy & stress free & he made sure we had everything we needed! The beds were so comfortable! (And I never say that! Slept amazing!) The view is unbelievable! Having morning coffee on that balcony was EXACTLY the ending to summer I was hoping for! The condos vibe & people were exactly the feel you pray for on vacation, super friendly, easy going, family friendly. The beach was perfect. Access perfect. Local perfect. The pool was the cherry on top. You can literally lay at the pool and listen to the ocean. It’s perfect. Elevators fast & never congested. Smart TV logged into tv accounts easily. Two separate rooms was so nice to keep sun out for sleeping. Would 10/10 stay again.

Sylvie’s place was in a few words cozy, comfortable, and convenient (very close to the beach which is what I was looking for). If you love watching the sunrise over the ocean in your pj’s with a cup of coffee this is the perfect spot. We had one of the best vacations we have had in our 11 years of marriage. Not a 5 star hotel but a 5 star experience for us!

We had a wonderful two-day stay at this Florida resort! We booked the room same-day and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The host was extremely responsive and proactive, making sure we were taken care of the whole time. The location was perfect—we could walk to so many places, and the beach access was amazing. There was a parking garage to park in so that was a plus also. I especially loved the water slide, lazy river, and relaxing on the pool deck. I liked how these were included with our stay and you get a wristband. We also enjoyed the peaceful time on the balcony with an ocean view. We had a great view of the sunrise. I enjoyed the time at the resort very much so. Highly recommend staying here! P.S. The food at the pool bar was spectacular (the burger was my favorite!)

The place was perfect and the host was quick and responsive. I recommend big tile for an awesome stay.

This place was super nice for my wife and I to stay for a week. While this unit was not beachfront, it was an easy walk through the complex to get to the beach access. You can also drive your car from the unit and park in the visitor spots which are next to where you access the beach for this complex. The unit was super clean and perfect for up to 4 people!

This location had exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Gorgeous views from the location and beach front access made all the difference during the day. Stress free weekend and comfy cozy atmosphere. We were 5 min from really cute local restaurants and grocery store. Probably 20 min from dt but honestly we felt little need to venture out once we arrived here. Great place to unwind and unplug. We cannot wait to come back again!

I loved Melissa’s place. It was a very nice condo. Big inside, pictures didn’t do justice. Plenty of room for 6 of us. My daughter loves the jacuzzi bath tub. Bathroom in the master bedroom was huge. Bed was very comfy. Key pad for entries, one code for all of the condo and different one for her door. Made it safe. Pool area was nice and clean. Beach as always was beautiful. I hope to come back soon. Spent lots of time on the balcony you can actually see ocean and river sitting there. 🏖️😊

Marianela was amazing, we were able to meet her when we arrived and talked for a while. She was super responsive and told us some great recommendations for restaurants and what to do. The place was spotless and very comfortable. Walking distance to beach and restaurants, will definitely stay here again if in NSB. Thank you for everything Marianela!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and exactly like the photos. It was a perfect place to rest between my son’s baseball games for a local tournament, with easy access to the amenities and the local must see/eat/do with in walking distance to the beach! Would stay again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay at Sea Coast Gardens III I’ve been visiting New Smyrna Beach since the 1970s, and Sea Coast Gardens III continues to impress. The recent updates to the property are fantastic—everything feels fresh, clean, and well cared for. The location is unbeatable with direct beach access and a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. A great mix of nostalgia and modern comfort. We’ll be back!

Loved everything about the Airbnb! It was super clean had to access to three pools, and the host was so communicative! Definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo and great communication. The ocean view was my favorite to wake up to every morning. Was nice having a dollar general and grocery store in walking distance for any last minute needs. Highly recommended it’s truly a great spot and very roomy.

Second condo we've stayed in at Sea Place, this time with a different rental company. This stay was far superior to the last; check-in was a breeze and didn't require a visit to an office. The place was very clean. Sea Place is actually a pretty old condominium but it's been renovated, and each unit is of different quality – this particular unit was better than the last we stayed in. Cleaner and better taken care of. You'll see some signs of distress on certain *exterior* areas of the condo buildings, but nothing overly concerning. This condo is right on the beach and has great views. It's located virtually next to the boardwalk that goes down to the beach, and is just adjacent to the pool (but is not pool-front). It's worth noting that there are stairs involved here: some to get to the front door of the condo, and some inside. They're relatively steep so if you have small children or are elderly, it's worth paying closer attention to all. All in all, a great stay, I'd recommend.

Easiest 5 star review ever. Neil’s condo was simply amazing! Better than we expected and the location is excellent. The house was clean and well stocked, spacious, and big enough for our family of 10 to fit comfortably. Beds were cozy and there was plenty of extra linens and beach towels for all. The huge balcony was awesome and the walk to the beach was easy. We spent mornings by the resort style pool and afternoons with our toes in the sand. The beach does have large rocks by the waters edge which we didn’t love at first, but then once the tide went down it created tons of little tide pools for the kids to play in. We chased crabs, found shells, and soaked in the tide pools without a worry in the world. The rocks ended up being one of our favorite parts! Hands down one of the best places we’ve ever rented and we cannot wait to return. Thank you Neil for allowing us to stay in your home.

The unit was nice and the side view of the ocean was good with facing the restaurant next door and road was a bit noisy but overall it was a good experience, the unit was clean and cozy. The customer service was good and very communicative. We hope to return soon.

Beautiful view & nice location. just a short walk to the pools and gym. Nicely stocked kitchen and lovely decor. The only cons I would say are the AC is a bit loud and the extra bedrooms are a bit tight with how the furniture is laid out. However, we certainly enjoyed our stay!
