Villa holiday rentals in Daytona Beach

My family and I loved it, from the location by the beach to the look and feel of the home. We enjoyed waking up to do yoga and exercise in the large back yard or just laying out there in the sun. Anette was extremely kind, communicative and quick to respond when we had questions. All in all it was a great stay.

Very comfortable house for a long stay in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Many restaurants near by and close to walmart. Historical center and boardwalk within a few miles. We enjoyed sitting outside in the backyard. Jim was very fast to answer to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Jim!

Unfortunately we did not stay at the house and had to cancel due to a home matter. The house is beautiful and very big for a family on vacation. We had a home issue the owner was unaware of and when made aware she suggested it was best for us to leave and she would refund the money so we good get another place. It was very kind of her even though she was going to loose out. She is committed to help the client and making sure your stay is comfortable. She definitely goes out of her way to help. Please consider renting especially as she improves her gorgeous home. Sometimes, things happen in homes, but in good faith the owners risk their profits to consider the wellbeing and comfort of the costumer and that is Sara. Peace and many blessings!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. Every little detail had been thoughtfully considered to make guests feel welcome and comfortable, from the cozy linens to the fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches throughout. The spiral staircase was a bit small but I was able to manage by accessing the second floor through the patio steps. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the host. Davidson was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Communication was clear and easy from the moment I booked and I even had a great conversation with the maintenance guy. The reason why I needed the place for one night is because I had a final exam that took place near the property. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient stay. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Would definitely book again. The space was clean, quiet and relaxing. Location was convenient and in a nice neighborhood.The pool was definitely a huge plus. Only suggestion is to buy some extra paper towels for your stay as we ran out and didn't have any.

This was our second stay with our dog and it was as good as the first time. The house is beautiful and is clean and fresh inside. It is thoughtfully decorated inside and the furnishings are also very fresh. The beds are super comfy and the neighborhood is quiet which we enjoy in the mornings in the back yard. The yard is covered in grass (which is not always the case in Florida) so our dog loves that part. Very well kept property and well hosted by Ralph J.

Perfect patio and little ocean view! Our group of 7 enjoyed all the amenities, plenty of beachgear, and comfortable beds. Thankful for such wonderful hospitality and decor!

Communicated well! We appreciated the extra supplies that were requested, and how responsive the host was. The accommodation was close to our venue and we enjoyed the wide open kitchen and dining area.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Seaside Serenity lives up to its name! This apartment was absolutely adorable—decorated so cozy and cute, it felt like a home away from home. It had all the amenities I could possibly need (they even thought to include q-tips and cotton balls!). The beach was just a short 5–10 minute walk away and in a quieter, more peaceful section, which made it even better. We loved having beach toys available and also used a golf cart to explore New Smyrna—being located just off Saxon made it super convenient for getting around. While the apartment doesn’t have an ocean view, the little patio was a lovely spot to enjoy my morning coffee. The added bonus of a pool, tennis court, and other community amenities made the stay even more enjoyable. Dallas, the host, was amazing—responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

This unit was a great bargain. The place was immaculate and Sergio was indeed a Super Host. The unit had coffee! For our first breakfast and plenty of bottled water. The only problem my partner and I had was with the entry system for the self check in.

Ryan was great, before we arrived he reached out to me. Confirmed when the rental would be available. I reached out to him with a couple questions and he was very responsive. Small details like some fresh flowers in the kitchen to a bottle of wine he left us and some sodas and water was an added touch and very kind. I read a lot of really nice reviews about Ryan and he delivered exactly what the reviews said.

I would highly recommend this gorgeous home to anyone looking to stay in Palm Coast. Not only were the hosts great with instructions and very friendly, the accommodations at this home really elevated our trip. I am excited to come back in the future!

This place is fantastic. Very large common spaces and an awesome and large balcony to overlook the ocean. Design was ideal for our family of 6. Lots of room and laundry made everything easy to stay for the week. Master bedroom and bath were amazing and private balcony for sunrise was perfect start to days. Highly recommended!

The host was very accommodating and was easy to get a hold of if needed. Beautiful home across the street from the beach and just a little drive to shops and restaurants. My mom had spent the last 7yrs vacationing in Daytona. It's very hard to change her mind but she mentioned that she will be coming back here from now on. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great stay at Neil’s place! The location was perfect—secluded enough to feel connected with nature, yet just a 30-60 minute drive from bigger amenities. The pool area was so nice and relaxing, and Brett, who lives in the pool house, was fantastic! Super friendly, kind, and definitely a character our guys could have chatted with for hours. One small note for future guests: the outdoor area is somewhat shared, which wasn’t an issue for us but might be good to mention in the listing, especially for groups who may prefer total privacy. We absolutely loved all the extra towels and blankets provided, and the Bluetooth speakers throughout the property were such a great touch! Nothing but positives to say about this place—we’d definitely stay again! 🍃🏡✨
