Host was very easy to communicate with. Accommodated an early check in with us. Space is small and attached to home but still felt private. Pool is a shared space which didn’t bother us at all. The only struggle we faced was opening and closing the gate to the entrance to get to the private suite. It was hard to lift and latch. Other than that everything else was perfect. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Close to the highway for travels. Enjoyed our stay thank you!

We had an awesome stay. The property was clean, comfortable with full amenities. The location is fabulous. Steps from the beach; walking distance to some restaurants and a supermarket. Easy check-in process and good communications with the host. Ormond Beach is a gem. Wonderful beach with great restaurants on Granada Ave. Short drive to Daytona and Flagler make this a great spot.

Wow wow wow! What a wonderful place for a couples getaway. The pool was inviting and well maintained, and the setup was perfect for a relaxing and romantic time - quiet neighborhood, 6-foot-high white PVC fencing all the way around. We were almost as comfortable as if it was our own pool! The bed was comfy, the floors were immaculately clean, the shower was beautiful. They had a guidebook with suggestions for local places to eat, sites to see, and suggestions on the best beach spots to go depending on what your preferences are. The neighborhood is super cute and we had a great time going for an evening stroll during our stay. Dan is the most responsive and helpful Airbnb host I’ve ever had. He even refunded us for a night without us asking, simply because of a minor issue we let him know about. His other listing is in the same neighborhood so the hosting team is very close by if there are any issues. Before we even finished our stay we were already talking about returning. The best!

Would definitely recommend if you like the privacy ! It was near all the parks . And we definitely enjoyed our stay ! Would stay again

The place exceeded my expectations, it was extremely clean and organized, and everything that was advertised was available. The location is great as well. The beach is very nice and not crowded at all. Sheri was great with communication. We had a fantastic time!

As a return guest ( and a super host myself), Carolyn is one of the most “ super” hosts I have ever stayed with! Lovely property that exemplifies relaxed Fla living with a lovely garden with TiKi hut, outside shower and privacy. Especially nice at night with garden lights on as cool breezes surround you. Fabulous host that we have stayed with before and will definitely stay with again! Nice and thoughtful amenities and convenient location.

Skip and Linda have been among the best hosts we've had, our stay was better than we expected. They made an effort so that we could carry out the fishing activities. The perfect pool to spend the afternoon, everything was super clean, the necessary utensils. The bed is comfortable and the sheets are soft. Everything was impeccable. The view of the river is very nice. We'll be back for sure!

Great, quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the room. The place was SUPER clean and big. The only downside is the WiFi was inconsistent. It would only work ok near the door. It did not work near the bed. But, I would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone to stay here.

Wow. We loved the location of this Airbnb! Being a gated home right on the lake we felt very safe and serene. The two separate bedrooms were great for friends meeting up or a small family. Bed was extremely comfortable. Heather was so accommodating and even allowed us to check out a little later- which was much appreciated and allowed me to slowly enjoy my coffee while taking in the gorgeous view of the lake. We did not take advantage of the paddle boards or kayaks but hope to next time! Place was pristine and would absolutely stay again. Close to the airport and in a lovely community. I only wish we had made more time to enjoy it.

We stay at Muriel’s place every year. I have also recommended this place to several friends. It is quiet and peaceful. The private pool is amazing and just steps away from the beach. Even when Muriel is home upstairs you still very much in your own place. I would highly recommend it! I think pretty soon I might be able to get frequent stay points with Muriel! 😃

Wow! What an incredible find. My husband and I have stayed at many other places and this by far was the best. Patricia’s place had everything we could need and more. She thought of so many of the little things like extra pillows and blankets, a kitchen full of amenities, a frozen pizza and bottled waters, snacks, beach towels and chairs, a booklet and basket full of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. There was more but too many to list! It is also a short walk to the beach via a beautiful boardwalk. We will be coming back, hopefully a couple times a year. Highly recommend Pat’s place for a couple wanting a peaceful and serene atmosphere and a beach just minutes away. Pat was an amazing and super friendly host.

I was extremely happy with this place. It is private - I could sit out at night in my robe and watch the stars, listen to the wind. We watched birds feeding right outside the bedroom window! This place is truly beautiful. I would love to stay here again. Everything is provided that you might need, and Francesca replied in minutes to any questions. She and Craig are both polite and friendly. The price is very reasonable. The bed is comfortable. A large walk-in closet is perfect for hanging clothes and getting luggage out of the way. It is quiet at night. We walked in the park next door a few times. It has a paved trail and trails in the woods, a path to the lake, biking is allowed too. The drive to Deland is about 10 minutes and to Orange City about the same. The directions to get there are good, and pay attention to the details the first time. This is definitely the best airbnb where I have stayed.

Veras accomodation is really a treat. We slept like babies and really enjoyed the time there. Vera and her husband were super helpful and very kind. A perfect spot to find some peace and quiet if you are looking for it. If you want to enjoy the surroundings there are a lot of good restaurants and bars. Bed top, showers top.
