Beachfront holiday rental in Daytona Beach

Chris has a beautiful home perfect for family very clean and comfortable the house is a great distance from the beach and local restaurants we brought three dogs and it was very let friendly

So grateful we stayed at the Penthouse on the beach! The views were incredible, the space is so artfully decorated and designed, and the beach is beautiful. It felt like having a semi-private beach given how access is set up, which was peaceful. The hosts have set things up to be sure you have everything you need. Driving to downtown St Aug was super easy and sitting on the sand was delightful, but the best part was sitting on the swinging chairs on the deck (listening to music or reading books and drinking coffee) and watching the waves roll in. We will definitely return - the whole experience was five star.

Had a great time visiting Daytona this weekend! The location is perfect and close to everything-easy access to boardwalk and extremely walkable. Super comfy inside the apartment and had plenty of extras to make it feel like home!

I loved Melissa’s place. It was a very nice condo. Big inside, pictures didn’t do justice. Plenty of room for 6 of us. My daughter loves the jacuzzi bath tub. Bathroom in the master bedroom was huge. Bed was very comfy. Key pad for entries, one code for all of the condo and different one for her door. Made it safe. Pool area was nice and clean. Beach as always was beautiful. I hope to come back soon. Spent lots of time on the balcony you can actually see ocean and river sitting there. 🏖️😊

EXCELLENT location! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool (and unexpectedly used the hot tub more than we thought we would!). Very spacious. The open concept kitchen, dining and den with pool views gave it a resort like feel. We definitely plan to visit again!

The owners were very responsive, check in was a breeze and check out was even easier. We had what we needed in the condo right at our fingertips. The ocean front location is super convenient and there are multiple choices for dining, some within walking distance and others only a short drive from the condo. This rental should be one to consider when you are visiting Daytona.

Our stay was wonderful and this condo is beautiful. Exactly as described and pictured. Probably even better. Bed are amazing ! Best part of a good stay is the beds and all 3 were 10/10. Loved the space, the view and the beautiful decor . I would recommend all day long and I would also return to the building and this condo. Easy parking, lots of great upgrades being done to the place. Pool super nice salt water and nice and warm. Lots of chairs to sit on and rented umbrella and loungers on the beach multi days. Loved that they provided beach chairs and boards from the common area for my son to use which made the waves even funner. Overall a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much

We had an amazing time at Enrico’s condo on the beach! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the beautiful decor that made the space feel warm and welcoming. The condo was absolutely immaculate, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time together. It was a delightful surprise to find that the showers were equipped with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, I would rate our experience a perfect 10 out of 10! I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway. The description and pictures matched perfectly. The views of the Intercoastal and ocean were spectacular! The city views at night from bedroom were relaxing. The home was spotless and smelled good. Will book again!

Great spot to stay. The building has a cute little Tiki bar with fun and professional employees. Felt very safe which is important to me. Unit was extremely clean and had a lovely view. We enjoyed walking right out to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The place, although slightly dated, was clean, tastefully furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. Shelly was a great host. She was responsive to our questions or when we needed something.

The unit was conveniently located to many things within walking distance. It is a beautiful unit and very well kept, clean and beautifully decorated. Renee was extremely responsive to any questions we had and very helpful with suggestions. It was a wonderful experience for the one-month stay we had it. Would definitely stay at her place again!

We had such a wonderful stay at Cody’s place while we were in town for Rockfest! From the very beginning, Cody was an incredible host—he stayed in touch with us leading up to our trip and even had some thoughtful decorations waiting for us when we arrived. It really made us feel welcome. The condo itself is absolutely charming—super clean, cozy, and with a stunning view of the ocean. Waking up to those breathtaking sunrises each morning was a highlight of our trip. We felt right at home and completely relaxed. Beautiful location, looked just like photos, Michelle was amazing in all our corespondents, close to great food, loved the details of Michelle’s place. Had everything we needed to cook! We would highly recommend!

I loved it I didn’t want to leave at all. Very relaxing the beach view was amazing. I most definitely will be back. I love that they informed you how everything works. She made sure that everything was ok. One of the best birthday I have had in a long time.

Hosts were amazing, helpful and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again as the spot was easy to get to, quiet and on the beach! Perfect amount of space for us and the people at the building were super friendly also.

We had a wonderful two-day stay at this Florida resort! We booked the room same-day and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The host was extremely responsive and proactive, making sure we were taken care of the whole time. The location was perfect—we could walk to so many places, and the beach access was amazing. There was a parking garage to park in so that was a plus also. I especially loved the water slide, lazy river, and relaxing on the pool deck. I liked how these were included with our stay and you get a wristband. We also enjoyed the peaceful time on the balcony with an ocean view. We had a great view of the sunrise. I enjoyed the time at the resort very much so. Highly recommend staying here! P.S. The food at the pool bar was spectacular (the burger was my favorite!)

The condo was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. The view from the balcony was amazing! The beach was not crowded. You can’t go wrong with this condo. Ana was a great host & willing to help with any questions you may have. Wonderful stay.

From the beginning Barry was very communicative and helpful. Even when an issue out of his control came about prior to getting there, he made us aware and offered compensation or cancellation. It put us at ease when renting from him. The place was beautiful and had modern amenities and small touches that were appreciated. Charging outlets in the nightstands made using electronics very accessible. Instructions were clear and Barry responded quickly to messages. Definitely one of the nicest condos we have rented in Daytona. Would recommend to friends and family.
