Trendy '70s decorated bungalow near the sea.

The bungalow with a 70s decor is located on the edge of a quiet small-scale park, 1.5 km from the sea. The bedroom has an electrically adjustable bed (2x80) and the living room has a sofa bed. The kitchen and bathroom (with shower) have been completely renovated. The bungalow is 60 m2 and has a very spacious garden. Your dog is also welcome. 100 meters from the park is the small but beautiful nature reserve Wildrijk, which is known for the thousands of wild hyacinths that bloom there in April/May. Also, the flowering tulip fields then color the wide surroundings. The parking lot is located at the beginning of the park. The park itself is car-free. In the parking lot there are luggage cards to carry your belongings to the cottage. Sint Maartensvlotbrug is located on the North Dutch coast between Callantsoog and Petten. It is a very good cycling and walking area. The Schoorlse Dunes are located 10 kilometres to the south and Den Helder 20 kilometres to the north. In the dunes between Sint Maartenszee and Callantsoog, there is the special Zwanenwater with its spoonbills. The bicycles that are there can be used. In Sint Maartensvlotbrug there is a Spar and in Callantsoog an AH which is open 7 days a week until 22.00. There is a laundromat in Sint Maartenszee. Every Monday morning there is a cozy trunk market in the car park near De Goudvis playground. In the summer months, there is always a trunk market somewhere on Saturdays and Sundays.

With the bike, you can get here in all directions. The house is very centrally located on the island of Texel. Parking within walking distance.

Vanuit de woning kijk je uit over de velden en dijk aan het Markermeer: Nederland in zijn puurste vorm! De woning is gericht op comfort (er is vloerverwarming) maar met leuke, eigenzinnige details en een speelse indeling. Maximaal 4 personen + baby.

A detached bungalow in a quiet place. From the bungalow, you can cycle to the beach of Bergen by the sea, the art village of Bergen or to the city of Alkmaar. For the bungalow there is a nice garden with veranda where you can sit in the sun in the summer. Inside, there is a spacious bathroom, full kitchen, underfloor heating and air conditioning. Everybody is welcome, young and old! But please note: the house is not available for parties, loud music etc. very good connection to the A9

Fresh bungalow "Duinzicht" with great terrace and (dense) garden with dune view. You can hardly get any closer to the beach of Sint Maartenszee! From mid-May to August, even a small cottage on the beach is included (with 2 sunbeds, parasol and toys). Ideal for 4 adults or a nice family. Owners themselves have young children so understand families. Oa kid-proof, wood-burning stove, cool pizza oven, large garden table, outdoor shower, 2 bicycles to use, sheets included in cleaning.

My cozily furnished Botgat 5-person bungalow (64m2) is located on a spacious yard behind the farmhouse called Botgat . The terrace is to the south so until sunset you can enjoy the sun. Changeover days are on Mondays and Fridays with the exception of the holidays. In the SUMMER, there is only WEEKLY RENTALS from Friday to Friday. The tourist tax is charged separately €2.25 p.p.p.n. Bed linen €10 per bed and towels €5 optional, the dog is welcome in a basket for €10 pn.
