Our vacation cottage is located on the super beautiful 5-star campsite de Watersnip in Petten. All amenities are available. There are beautiful cycling and hiking routes in the area. The mountain bike trail of Schoorl is 5 km away. Cities in the vicinity are Schagen and Alkmaar. You are welcome to stay on our organic snowdrop farm all year round. From December through April you will be able to enjoy thousands of snowdrops, stinsenplants, and a free tour around the nursery. We are far from the hustle and bustle of the city but still within easy reach of local towns, villages and attractions. The farm is a beautiful and quiet spot, in the middle of the Noord-Holland countryside of the Wieringermeer polder. Our own small green piece of paradise. We hope to see you soon!

The Cabin of Greenland

A lovely private place with private garden to relax and unwind. The Cabin of Greenland is a modern wooden house. Built in 2020 and located on our family heir with monumental bell tower from 1640. From your own garden or through the large windows you can see the sun rise, you have a view of the bulb fields, old North Holland mills and around you you will experience the lively nature. You are surrounded by greenery and the cheerful presence of various animals that sometimes come by for a while.

Enjoy "A little sea time"

Our cozy holiday bungalow in the park "de Watersnip" in the coastal village of Petten are close to the beach and the canals leading around the park. From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedge-lined retreat. The Park de Watersnip, where our sea time is located, also has great leisure activities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests. For a while, enjoy nature on the outskirts of the IJsselmeer, surrounded by beautiful nature reserves. In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse, there are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy . Layout: Living room, kitchen equipped with combi oven, induction hob, refrigerator and Nespresso machine, bedroom with double box spring, bathroom with underfloor heating and rain shower, wood stove and sleeping loft.

In the winter it can be too cold to sit there only with the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bath and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Lovely apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!
