A lovely studio with a spacious living room, private (separate) bathroom, sleeping loft (note: narrow steep staircase) and private outdoor terrace with seating and parasol. The studio has a spacious kitchen counter with various kitchen facilities. The studio is remarkably light through the many windows. Please note: due to the narrow and steep stairs to the sleeping loft, it is not suitable for the elderly or disabled.

With unique touches throughout, you will find this the perfect place to recharge and enjoy your holiday. The view is always changing, depending on the boats & wildlife that pass by. Located on the same property as the Ambactsmolen (a historic 1632 windmill), you couldn’t choose a more special, romantic and memorable place to stay during your trip to Holland!

House of 100 years old is located under the mill and is cozy and comfortable. A five-minute walk and you are in the center of Alkmaar. Rent a boat and see Alkmaar from the water. In the street behind the cottage is a nice, large playground, the "OKB". The bus stops in front of the door. Paid parking in the area and opposite the house. Free parking within walking distance. Center: a 5-minute walk Beach: 30 minutes by bike/15 minutes by car Two bicycles for use at the cottage.

Adults Only will apply as of January 1, 2026. Nice and spacious apartment in a beautiful old Stolpboerderij in beautiful Den Hoorn on Texel. Bedroom, changing room and open living room. Outside there is a terrace with 2 seats and wide views over the countryside. Supermarket within walking distance. Here you can buy your freshly baked rolls but also sustainable Texel's meat in the morning. Several eateries and just outside the village of Novalishoeve for a nice lunch or coffee.

Enjoy "Sea time in the 2nd home"

Our cottage "2nd Heimat" is the largest in the park "de Watersnip". It is located in the coastal town of Petten near the beach & is nestled in the typical Dutch countryside. A small shell path leads to our special retreat, which offers some amenities. The park in which our house is located also has many leisure activities (pool, etc.) that are available for our guests. If you have any questions about this, you can inquire at the reception.

Aan de rand van Bergen - en vlakbij het centrum van Alkmaar ligt dit sfeervolle huisje op een zeer centrale plek. Dit vakantiehuisje biedt luxe en comfort en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Met de fiets ben je binnen 10 minuten in het pittoreske Bergen - en in het centrum van Alkmaar. Gezien de centrale ligging biedt het volop mogelijkheden tot dagjes weg.
