The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

A Canadian cedar log cabin awaits you almost in the wilderness, in the quiet and blind valley of the Bobrůvka river under a 300-year-old linden tree. At the elevated level of the river, you come to the cabin over a bridge 300 m away, under normal conditions you will use a temporary bridge. Civilization is waiting for you here: WiFi, water, shower, equipped kitchen, TV, only the toilet is a short walk to the wooden house (dry toilet). You will sleep in a cozy bedroom with a full glass shield overlooking the linden tree. You may even see a deer on the morning pasture right from the bed.

A quiet place to relax on your travels 🏡 Parking at the house is free. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very practically furnished. The 2.2 m long beds are either a double bed or two separate beds. The apartment is furnished so that both we and our guests feel at home. Here you will find a modern kitchen, a coffee maker with a grinder, and a selection of teas. Towels, shampoo, shower gel. Play board games, borrow a mat for exercise, or something to read. The third guest sleeps on a mattress on the floor. The apartment is without TV.

On the ground floor there is a living room with air conditioning, a dining room, an equipped kitchen with built-in appliances, a contact grill and a coffee maker. There are four bedrooms on the second floor, one of which has air conditioning. There are two bathrooms. Parking is available by the house or in the garage. There is an indoor swimming pool and a covered terrace in the garden.

In the wider surroundings, there is also Svojanov Castle, Zubštejn, Aueršperk, Svratka, Devět skal, Pohledecká skála.... Well-marked cycling (excellent terrain) and hiking trails. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and another separate toilet in the house. Guests are provided with the outdoor seating area with a fireplace.
