Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Décines-Charpieu

Une halte parfaite sur la route des vacances ☺️ le gîte correspond à la description et à nos attentes, fonctionnel et décoré avec soin. Le (très) grand et joli jardin est un vrai plus pour se dégourdir les jambes après quelques heures de voiture. Julien et Nathalie sont très sympathiques et arrangeants, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir 🤗

Logement exceptionnel Tout est vraiment très propre . Il y a tout ce dont nous avons besoin et plus encore . Excellent rapport qualité prix .

We only stayed for a few days but it was amazing. The host is very friendly and is always available for whatever you may need! Peaceful neighborhood and the house is close to a couple shops, so it’s perfect for longer stays, or just if you need a day to yourself to relax! The house itself is very modern and feels like it’s generally well maintained. There’s an incredible bedroom for kids, equipped with a sort of bunk bed and firefighter pole to slide down into a ball pit! House also comes with a very friendly outdoor cat that lives in the neighborhood and loves attention! Did I mention the turtles?

Très bon séjour, c'est la seconde fois que je vais dans un logement de Wassim et, comme la dernière fois, c'était parfait !

Meilleur endroit pour se reposer à quelques minutes de Lyon en bus. Le lieu est idéal, et la piscine fait tellement plaisir. Sylvie est une super hôte, très disponible, aux petits soins et avec plein de bonnes recommandations! On recommande à 600% !

Hôte très réactive. Nous avons passé un paisible séjour comme souhaité. Merci à Isabelle et à sa famille pour son accueil. Je recommande ce petit cocon de tranquillité.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Annabelle! Sie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns herzlich empfangen hat. Das Haus ist aussergewöhnlich schön und stilvoll eingerichtet, was unseren Urlaub umso angenehmer machte. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Jacuzzi, der nach langen Ausflügen in die Umgebung eine wahre Wohltat war. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Aktivitäten und Erkundungen in der Region. Wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Annabelle wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Very nice place to stay & clean with beautiful views of Lyon from well lit loft-like apartment. Surrounding neighborhood is pleasant with easy walks to excellent dining and shopping. advice: steep cobbled streets - hire a taxi for front door drop off & pickup so you do not have to carry luggage

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in einem ruhigen Stadtteil, der trotzdem viel bietet. Gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Reibungslose Kommunikation und einfacher autonomer Zugang. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung unbedingt weiter.

Quiet and peaceful. Felt very secure. Responsive host with helpful recommendations and answers. Walking distance to the metro, tram line, and buses. Walking distance to the park. Supermarket nearby.

Die Wohnung von Clement liegt gut erreichbar im Quartier La Guillotière. Wir haben jede Minute genossen. Die Terrasse ist traumhaft und die Wohnung super süss. Wir haben die Stadt mit dem Fahrrad erkundet (Tipp!), aber es hat auch Metrostationen in der Nähe. Der Supermarkt um die Ecke hat gute Produkte, es gibt Bars, Restaurants, eine Gelatria und sogar einen klitzekleinen Wochenmarkt in Sichtweite. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder - es war toll!

un week-end entre amies dans le ravissant et très agréable appartement de Catherine qui est une hôte très réactive et sympathique. Calme, extrêmement propre et bien desservi, le logement est idéal sii vous voulez être loin de la foule et des touristes du centre. Son jardin bucolique est un plus et vous y trouverez tous les magasins nécessaires pour plus d autonomie. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!

Catherine's apartment is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Lyon. The bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony in the evenings and relaxing. The reserved garage parking space was essential for us. We never used our rental car during the stay. The location is convenient to public transportation.

Super appartement, proche de tout et grâce aux transports lyon centre comme le vieux lyon est à portée de bras. Rémy est très réactif, sympathique et très compréhensif sur les horaires d’arrivée ou de départ ! Je recommande et je reviendrai à l’avenir !

2e séjour chez Pierre et Khatia et toujours cet appartement impeccable, cosy, ou l'on s y sent bien. Rien ne manque. Le logement est très propre, la literie est super. Le balcon est un plus en été, pour des repas calmes et entourés de verdure. Hôtes d une grande gentillesse et très réactifs. Le centre ville de Lyon est à 15 minutes en bus, le parc de la tête d or à 15 minutes à pied. Nous recommandons vraiment ce logement si vous passez sur Lyon.

Très bon séjour chez Hélène. L’appartement était assez grand pour 2 personnes et très lumineux. Tout est bien indiqué et simple. Hélène est très réactive pour répondre aux messages. C’était parfait !

Séjour PARFAIT! Le logement est très beau, fonctionnel et très propre. Je n'ai malheureusement pas eu l'occasion de profiter du rooftop étant donné les orages et la pluie! une prochaine fois j'espère car il est très bien aménagé! Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux, je recommande à 100%.

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Super logement, très propre, spacieux et idéal pour un séjour en famille ou en groupe. Quartier paisible et situé juste à côté du Rhône :) Marie est très gentille et a été très arrangeante, en nous permettant d'arriver plus tôt que prévu. Merci à vous !

Très bel appartement moderne,très propre,climatisé,très bonne literie avec tout le nécessaire. À 5 minutes tout juste de la gare Part-Dieu,adresse facile à trouver avec instructions claires et simples. C’est ce que j’aime un studio moderne chic. À bientôt,Lexie.

If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do so. Aurelie and Sebastien were very kind and helpful. Since we are older and unfamiliar with the area, Aurelie picked us up at the train station, showed us how to buy subway tickets and which routes to take to get to Vieux Lyon. From the Airbnb it's a 5 minute walk to the subway station, and a 7 minutes ride to the center. We wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood, and this place is very quiet. There are very good restaurants within easy walking distance; a supermarket is right around the corner, so are two bakeries. The apartment was just as described, very clean and comfortable. The beds had new mattresses and were extremely comfy! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. On the morning we left to catch our train to Paris, an Uber driver could not arrive in time to take us to the station. Sebastien and Aurelie drove us to the station to catch our train. Now, that's fantastic service! I highly recommend this place.

Le logement proposé par Lauriane et Mickael est vraiment super ! Tout était parfaitement propre à notre arrivée. La place de parking en sous-sol est un vrai plus, elle permet d’avoir l’esprit tranquille tout au long du séjour. La décoration est soignée, la résidence est calme, tout comme le quartier, ce qui rend l’ensemble très agréable. La communication avec les hôtes a été excellente, ils sont vraiment adorables. Merci encore !
