Monthly Rentals in Deer Bay

We had an amazing getaway at this beautiful, brand new cottage! The place was squeaky clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The view of the lake was so calm and serene it made the whole stay feel peaceful and refreshing. The cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to laundry supplies. There were fun activities for everyone kayaking, a big floating tube, a fantastic game room, and even a secret kids’ playroom that felt straight out of Narnia. We also made great use of the BBQ setup, which had all the necessary tools. Every detail was well taken care of, and it’s clear the owners put a lot of love into the space. A perfect spot for families or anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for a larger group looking for a place with a ton to do both inside and out. Area down by the lake and the kitchen were especially nice with both having a lot of space and multiple cooking options (including the pizza oven which made amazing pizza and the high grade ready to go coffee machine). 80 inch TV with a pool table and bar behind it was perfect for watching sports and a hot tub was right off the walkout basement. Hosts were great. Friendly, clear instructions and responsive. Would stay again and well worth the price if you're considering something a little cheaper with less amenities.

We really enjoyed our time at Shay’s Airbnb. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for our purposes … close to the venue we went to on Saturday night but also a short walk from one of the Trent-Severn locks the next morning. In addition, Shay’s property was stunning … we could have spent all morning enjoying the view of her gardens from our porch. We’ll be back for sure!

Caroline was an amazing host and had such a great home. The house has everything you need from kitchen amenities to entertainment festivities. Comfortable beds and fully equipped stay. Love to come again
