Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

In the living room, there is a nostalgic stucco ceiling. The whole house has (partly renovated old) wooden floors. The paintings on display are for sale.

Freinsheim offers a great starting point for exploring the region and after exploring it offers some opportunities for culinary retreats.
