Center + Exhibition Center), to the foothills of the Alps or to the 5 lakes (each 30-45 min.). The FlexBus runs once an hour (approx. 6 am - 10 pm) to/from Deisenhofen (S3) - only with advance registration via MVV Munich Web or app.

Only for 1 or 2 persons (included children) 30 qm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. Our wooden house was completed in the summer of 2021. The natural material wood is not only in the facade, on the floor or on the ceiling, wood swirls around you with the great smell and a great feeling of living. It was built in a passive house manner, i.e. in summer the thick walls keep the heat out and in winter it is nice and warm. Come in and take a deep breath in this quiet location.

Very quiet neighborhood close to the forest, just 30 minutes by car from Munich and about an hour from the main castles of Bavaria. Beautiful and scenic roads, a pleasure to drive. Spacious apartment, comfortable terrace overlooking the garden and the nearby woods. Perfect holiday, everything was great!

The house is in a very quiet and safe area, ideal for visiting Munich and then returning home and enjoying the tranquility of the countryside . The city is easily reached by train but also by car because Monaco has no suburbs, which means no traffic. The attic has the entrance that is shared with Petra's house, but it's like being alone because she is a very discreet person who is available and never intrusive. The apartment is very bright with a window overlooking the meadows and the forest. It has a very large bathroom with shower and bathtub, it does not have a kitchen but an area with a microwave, the coffee maker and breakfast supplies. Everything is new and recently renovated . Petra made us feel at home , she was very helpful with every request. I recommend it to those like us who like to visit the city but also its surroundings . Thank you Petra!
