Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes, you can relax with a view of the mountains. Here you can breathe in peace, nature and country air to the fullest. At the same time, we are easily accessible by car (between A8 + A95, 10-15 min.) and ideally located for trips to Munich (30-35 min. Center + Exhibition Center), to the foothills of the Alps or to the 5 lakes (each 30-45 min.). The FlexBus runs once an hour (approx. 6 am - 10 pm) to/from Deisenhofen (S3) - only with advance registration via MVV Munich Web or app.

Train in 25 minutes at Marienplatz, free parking. Family friendly, pets 10€ per day. Proximity to the mountains and lakes, within walking distance of all shopping facilities, Friday weekly market regional offers. Beer gardens and restaurants nearby. Unique and very cozy! We are happy to welcome you in our house in a suburb of Munich. You will be surrounded by forest and fields, but still you can arrive the city center in less than half an hour by train. We have recently renovated this beautiful old Bavarian house. Our wooden house was completed in the summer of 2021. The natural material wood is not only in the facade, on the floor or on the ceiling, wood swirls around you with the great smell and a great feeling of living. It was built in a passive house manner, i.e. in summer the thick walls keep the heat out and in winter it is nice and warm. Come in and take a deep breath in this quiet location.
