Great place to be with a small lake and a big golf course 2 min away (Heritage Golf Links). The neighborhood is extremely quiet, 15-20 min drive to Buckhead & Downtown Atlanta. The apartment is loft type, so in between the living room and bedroom the ceiling is a little bit lower at approximately 6 feet. Please pay attention if you are taller than 6 feet! Private walkway and entrance with shared fenced backyard.Bookings over 28 days need short rental contract signed! Pets allowed with extra fee!
