Scarlet’s apartment made it hard to return to “normal life.” A dreamy blend of garden, treehouse, and modern glass box, this space was the perfect home base for our CDMX vacation. From the moment we arrived, we felt safe and welcomed. The building has fantastic 24/7 security — always warm, smiling, and ready to help. You enter through a stunning, Asian-inspired courtyard framed by towering brutalist facades, and take a private elevator straight to the apartment. Tucked on a quiet street in Condesa, the apartment is just a short walk to Parque Espana and countless excellent shops, cafés, and restaurants — or a quick, affordable Uber to the busier boutique strips. Inside, the space is spotless, well air-conditioned, and incredibly comfortable. Stay with Scarlet. You won’t regret it.

Definitely recommend! Great location. Felt safe and comfortable during our stay. Walkable area along with close to a lot of great restaurants. Hugo was attentive and helpful during our entire stay.

Si tienes algún compromiso en el wtc , no dudes en hospedarte aquí esta muy rápido y todo a la mano , no ocuparás moverte mucho , depa bonito , un poco complicado el acceso pero una vez que lo encuentras todo bien . Gracias

Excelente opción, el departamento es pequeño pero impecable, súper cómodo, con todo lo necesario, seguro y la ubicación genial, y Juan como anfitrión súper atento y amable.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, principalmente si se elige para ir al WTC. Tiene una distribución para rentarlo en compañía.

Poder hospedarme en este depa fue un obsequio de la vida, por varios factores. El depa es hermoso, al llegar abres la puerta y se siente un olor que te permite sentir comodidad. Mis motivos de viaje eran profesionales y el depa contaba con un escritorio con muy buenos suministros que eran impensados por mi. El departamento está en un barrio muy tranquilo, es seguro, y el metro está a una cuadra. Es accesible, hay supermercados, tiendas de comida, papelería, estética, de todo!. El depa está preparado, tienen botiquín, diversos condimentos, wifi estable, cama cómoda, luz natural, etc. Una se siente segura, tranquila y en hogar, a veces cuesta estar lejos de donde venimos, pero este departamento te permite con todos los factores, bienestar🥹. Y la anfitriona y coanfitriona Hillary, se comunican muy bien, siempre están preocupadas y atentas, e incluso dispuestas a solucionar, estoy muy agradecida con ellas. Sobre el ruido de los aviones,se escuchan en toda CDMX, no es problema del depa

Great location. Lots of restaurants and small stores within walking distance. 2 subway stations very near. The concierge was helpful and nice. Looks like in the pictures, very clean. The only downside is some of the neighbors: one of them smokes cigars and it can be at night or during the day, others won't control their dogs when they are barking, other one plays very loud music for half a day. The apartment is great otherwise. The host is very communicative and great overall.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo con Rodrigo. Las fotos son tal cual es el lugar. Es una habitación completamente independiente. Es fácil el check in y la salida.

I stayed at Lillian's for a month in the spring of 2025 and had a great experience. She was super responsive and generous and the place was perfect. I wouldn't have changed a thing. It was great.

I stayed at José’s place for a few weeks and appreciated the convenient location—it’s close to public transport, shops, and great local spots. The building feels secure and the neighborhood is very walkable, both day and night. The reliable WiFi was a big plus for working remotely. José was always responsive and helpful with local tips and recommendations. He made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Overall, a solid spot for an extended visit to the city

Muy Agustí lugar y buena ubicación

El lugar está limpio las escaleras están complicadas para personas mayores o con dificultad para caminar, los muebles y el piso sería bueno darle una reforma están algo viejos, el personal de trabajo muy amable y atentos. El jacuzzi no funciona bien y uno de los lavabos está averiado. Pero en general está bien y la ubicación es muy buena

I had a great stay at Ricardo's place in Polanco! Its location on Avenida Presidente Masaryk meant that it was extremely walkable and close to all of the main restaurants, parks, and shopping in Polanco. The daily housekeeping was a welcome surprise, and the rooftop patio and gym were great additions to the stay. Ricardo was also extremely accommodating when there was some construction noise in my original apartment and was able to move me to a quieter unit the same day.

Adrian was super accommodating with my request for an early check in. Place was fantastic and would definitely stay there again.

This apartment was absolutely incredible. A perfect place to stay with a comfy semi outdoor space. The walls seemed well insulated but the door to the apartment is a bit thin so you can hear a lot through the door. Great neighbor with lots of restaurants that are in walking distance.
