Great place to stay, calm and peaceful area, nice coffee shop on the bottom floor. Easy to access and clean. Great AC & Heat and cozy bed. All that two people need to explore Mexico City and come back to rest!

Being able to stay in this apartment was a gift of life, for several reasons. The apartment is beautiful, when you arrive you open the door and you smell a scent that makes you feel comfortable. My reasons for traveling were professional and the apartment had a desk with very good supplies that I had not thought of. The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood, it is safe, and the subway is one block away. It is accessible, there are supermarkets, food stores, stationery, aesthetics, everything! The apartment is ready, they have a first aid kit, various condiments, stable wifi, a comfortable bed, natural light, etc. You feel safe, calm and at home, sometimes it is difficult to be far from where we come from, but this apartment allows you to have all the factors, well-being🥹. And the host and co-host Hillary, they communicate very well, they are always concerned and attentive, and even willing to solve, I am very grateful to them. Regarding the noise of the planes, they are heard throughout CDMX, it is not a problem of the apartment

Definitely recommend! Great location. Felt safe and comfortable during our stay. Walkable area along with close to a lot of great restaurants. Hugo was attentive and helpful during our entire stay.

Such a wonderful stay and way too short. The hosts were so great, such proactive and helpful communication, I didn't want for anything. They provided such good food suggestions and also a trusted clothing tailor and the address to go see Lucha Libre when I asked. The front desk guards are also so nice and great. In the apartment everything was super clean and comfy cozy. Would stay again for longer. The home is also in a great area between two park, lots of trees and birds. Also, lots of great food options. And thank goodness there's an elevator and it's not a walk up. They let me leave my luggage after checkout to go on a tour. Everything was so smooth. Thanks for an amazing stay!!

Excellent place to stay in condesa. Great location, beautiful place. The only consideration is that building doesn’t have lifts, which is quite common in the are. Otherwise, highly recommended :)

Great place to stay five stars overall. The house was exactly as described and the location was good as well . The host was responsive and accommodating. The security team was also very friendly.

Gustavo's place looks just like the photos! Great space, even better location. This was my first time in CDMX and it was easy to walk from his apartment to many places. I mean heck it is around the corner from Casa Gilardi. Infinite hot water! Can get noisy at night if people are having guests over. Just be warned the bed is very firm and not to my liking. There is also no AC (common in Mexico but I did not know), but apartment is cool at night if you open the windows. Everything else was great. Gustavo was very responsive. Would likely stay again just for the location.

Definitely one of the most wonderful places I've stayed. Alejandra's apartment is bright, so well designed and clean. It was really peaceful staying here and in such a lovely area. Alejandra got in touch with us before and during our stay to make sure all was well, which was so thoughtful and much appreciated. Communication with her was always friendly and responsive. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Great apartment in the best location in CDMX. Design is amazing, location is even better. The host communicated well throughout the whole experience. Will stay again and highly recommend!

The place is in a perfect location. Very comfortable. We were two couples and each had our own bathroom outside of the bedroom. We were welcomed when we arrived and were able to leave our luggage there for our flight out that night, which we really appreciated. One room has 2 beds and the other has a king size bed. The king size bed is very hard, feels like a futon or a mattress topper. My husband slept great so it won't bother everyone. I took comforters from the closet and the other room to make it more cushy for me and slept fine. Noise is minimal, you are so exhausted from walking around all day you won't realize. Great spots walking distance. uber always available. Water pressure was excellent and always hot water. The home is very beautiful and spotless. Jorge was always quick to respond to any requests.

Lovely apartment full of music and literature. Beautiful neighborhood and very friendly neighbors. There was a brief power outage due to very heavy rains when we stayed and the neighbors in the building were so kind to us, gave us candles and helped us charge our phones, despite us being foreigners with a language barrier. Demian was very helpful throughout. It’s a beautiful building and apartment with a lovely balcony in a beautiful area, would definitely stay again!

This apartment is pretty and remarkably well-maintained. The place is thoughtfully equipped and has everything a guest might need during their stay. Veronica is an excellent host. Overall, I was very happy with this experience.

Very nice apartment! It had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant super easy access with security guard the area is super nice and quiet communication with Sandra is fast and effective We will definitely consider it as an option to stay again if we have the opportunity to return to that area in Mexico City

A beautiful little space that is as cheerful and bright as pictured. Spotlessly clean. We felt welcome, at home and safe. Love all the light and patios. Felt safe leaving the patio door open at night (because we like to sleep cold.) Quiet at night and during days. Trisha is so helpful and kind. Went out of her way to supply us with any extras we needed; even invited us along on a walk to her friend's Sunday farmer's market. When I messaged her a day *before* we were to arrive for a doctor recommendation, she called me and even offered to accompany us to a non-English speaking doctor!

Carlos was an amazing host! His place was in a great location and check-in and out was so easy. Everything was super clean, tidy, and the amenities were as listed. Great view of the city with the rooftop views! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to explore Mexico City!

Location, location, location!!! I specifically chose to stay in Coyoacán because I was in town for Frida Kahlo. I wanted to be as close as possible to her Blue House Museum, her park, the huge market, plenty of vegan restaurants and bakeries (since I was also celebrating my birthday) as well as several of the other museums all within 10 minutes walking in any direction. I was very happy with how residential and quiet the neighborhood is. If you go during the rainy season (there was light rain and wonderful thunder each evening typically between 5p-7p) expect the electricity to go out. I really enjoyed the decor in the apartment because it made me happy to see all of the colors as well as traditional Mexican art, a beautiful Alebrijes peacock as well as the framed photographs on the walls. Made it very authentic. Everything one could possibly need was available. Loved enjoying my tea every morning on the balcony with such gorgeous bougainvillea flowers. You won’t be disappointed!

I had a great stay at Ricardo's place in Polanco! Its location on Avenida Presidente Masaryk meant that it was extremely walkable and close to all of the main restaurants, parks, and shopping in Polanco. The daily housekeeping was a welcome surprise, and the rooftop patio and gym were great additions to the stay. Ricardo was also extremely accommodating when there was some construction noise in my original apartment and was able to move me to a quieter unit the same day.

The apartment is very nice, with good amenities, it has an excellent location and you have supermarkets, restaurants, the Mexican park and very close to the Santa Fe shopping center

Adrian was super accommodating with my request for an early check in. Place was fantastic and would definitely stay there again.
