Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Del Valle

Pablo's place is in the center of Colonia Hipódromo. The house is spacious with a large downstairs 4 bedroom main living area and a great rooftop with bedroom, bathroom, and gym. The location is excellent with a ton of bars and restaurants easily within walking distance. Mexico City is big and it can be hard to get around so be sure you're up for a vibrant city experience. Pablo was response and proactive to help.

Josefina is GREAT. She was willing to reasonably accommodate our needs at every turn. We had a group of 8! We began our trip off the plane at 6am worried we’d have to wait until check-in at 3pm. Josefina was kind enough to allow us luggage drop off at 7am. The housekeeper we were greeted by was also extremely sweet and helpful. She gave us a full tour of the place and answered any questions we might’ve had. We were also accommodated with an early check-in. I’ve stayed in other parts of Mexico and I’m aware hot showers are not guaranteed. Most days we were able to take hot showers if we had the time to let the water warm up which we appreciated. We were stunned by the gorgeous patios of this place. I did badly cut the back of my ankle coming down the outdoor stairs so be cautious of your steps! There was a toilet fix during our stay that didn’t affect us much because there were plenty of other bathrooms to use on the property. Thank you for your hospitality! Be back soon.

Christian place is very bohemian, the best of it’s home is the location, amazing place, everything is walkable. The house has the basics, we were able to find ourselves comfortable. I had some details that have an opportunity to change, and I let the housekeeper to know. This place is best for a touristic trip around Mexico City.

We had three families and all enjoyed our stay. Quiet location. About ten minute walk to city center. Close to restaurants and quick Uber responses. Juan Carlos accommodated us very well with the requests we had.

This is an absolutely gorgeous house with a very large, peaceful garden. It is decorated and designed in a combination of styles that vary from very modern to rustic, coming together to create a look that is at once elegant and cozy. I stayed with my girlfriend but it could easily house a family or group of friends of 6 or 7. I held a small gathering of colleagues (total 5 people) and everyone was completely over the moon with how large and beautiful this home is. The neighborhood of Coyoacan is one of the most beautiful in Mexico City and there are many great restaurants a 5 minute drive away or a beautiful and peaceful 15 minute walk. Martin is a great attentive host and was very communicative and friendly throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

My mom, son, and I stayed here and we loved it. The house is very spacious and stays very cool. The bedrooms are great sizes. It is in walking distance to the center of Tlalpan which has so many restaurants and cafes to choose from. Maria and Teresa were very helpful and always responsive. Thank you! We will be back!

This has been one of my favorite stays in CDMX. The building is conveniently located in Roma, yet has great sound insulation for a corner building. The building itself is a lovely heritage building with all the great markings of the time period. The interior was thoughtfully decorated with vintage items that highlighted the building's heritage as well. I would definitely visit again.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and was thoroughly impressed by its modern comforts and charming décor. The location was ideal and the host went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and memorable stay.

Wonderful! The area is great, it is very quiet, safe, and an easy walk to Roma Norte and Condesa. It felt very comfortable going for walks during day and night. We stayed for one month and the apartment was perfect, both spacious, clean, and close to restaurants and a grocery store. Karen was an excellent host. There was a minor electrical issue and she came along with a technician to quickly resolve the issue. Communication throughout our stay was great. The floors are quite loud as other reviews have mentioned; however, we did not mind and appreciated the hardwood flooring. I would highly recommend this apartment for both long and short stays!

Booked last minute trip to Mexico City with friends. The home was amazing, huge balcony accessible everywhere and a private rooftop. Host is really responsive, extended our trip another day. Will definitely be back to home again

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El lugar es perfecto para desconectarse al 100%, rodeado de naturaleza y con todo lo necesario para no tener que salir en ningún momento, si llevas lo esencial (juegos, comida, bebidas) Las áreas exteriores son enormes: jardines muy amplios, cancha de fútbol y un espacio increíble para cocinar al aire libre, ya sea con carbón o parrilla de gas. También cuenta con fogateros de gas, ideales para disfrutar las noches sin pasar frío. El interior estaba impecable, muy limpio y ordenado. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias; cinco de ellas tienen baño privado y las otras dos comparten uno exterior, lo cual no fue ningún problema. La cocina está muy bien equipada, con suficientes platos y utensilios para un grupo grande (éramos 15 personas y no faltó nada). Luis fue un excelente anfitrión, siempre atento y amable. Sin duda, recomendaríamos este lugar y esperamos volver pronto.

This was our second time here and it was just as lovely as the first. Werner and Oswaldo are wonderful, considerate hosts with impeccable attention to details. We loved chilling in the garden with the dogs and the breakfast is one of the best we've had in the city.

If you like art and high ceilings, check this place out. The place is gorgeous. If you need natural light to get up and be active this might not be the place for you. I’ll admit that there few days that I completely slept in. But the vila itself had a lot of light. Surround sound Speakers and a piano! (Which I learned the theme song of Severance on last niGht) not to mention two fireplaces and huge dining table. Nice roof and a lot of plants. Highly recommended.

This place was the nicest Air b&b we have ever stayed in so far, the photos really don't do justice to how high end upscale and truly huge this property is. Located in a totally secure gated and patrolled neighborhood. Truly a beautiful mansion that felt like we had an entire resort to ourselves. I hope I have the opportunity to stay there again.

The house is fantastic and Jorge is a great host always willing to help and solve any problem you may encounter during your trip. There is a cook in the house making the most delicious Mexican dishes you can imagine and also a driver that can take you anywhere within Mexico city. All in all a perfect combination for a relaxing stay in Mexico city.
