It is also just a short drive to Lake Geneva and all that it has to offer with its beautiful lake, shopping, historic buildings, and delicious restaurants. Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music. House is located 1.5 blocks from the lake and is less than a 10 minute drive to Lake Geneva. Featuring an outdoor hot tub, gated backyard and an amazing basement bar. Spend the afternoon shopping and enjoying the many activities the area has to offer. Spend the evening with a cocktail in the 4 person hot tub on the deck or have some s'mores by the firepit.

Como Lake house with boat and motor included

Because this property is located at the end of Lake Como and at the end of a private road it offers seclusion and intimacy while being only 3 miles from downtown Lake Geneva. The lake is great fishing for largemouth bass as well as northern pike, a 16' 3" foot aluminum fishing boat with a 10 hp motor is available at no extra charge as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks . The pier goes in May 1st and comes out sometime after October 15 otherwise the boats without a motor can be launched from shore.

4 mi to Downtown Lake Geneva, WI. Rent kayaks on Lake Como. New pool and tennis courts, amazing wildlife. Snowboard, cross country ski, sled on hills during our amazing Wisconsin winters. Dine at The Ridge restaurant CRAFTED or just buy a bottle of wine from the guest store and watch the sunset. Quiet corner of the condominium complex. Completely furnished. Beautiful comfortable King size bed, kitchen, cook and eat in! Balcony overlooking peaceful grounds. Private entry, laundry in building.

Overlooking the lake nestled right behind the main lodge, this cabin has 3 bedrooms, a half bathroom, a seating a room, a basic kitchenette & access to camp showers downstairs. One large bedroom has a queen bed, one room with bunkbeds, & one with a full bed to accommodate a max of 6 guests. (But the bunkbeds are best for kid-sized humans). Like all of Wandawega, it’s a back-to-basics, no-frills, primitive experience. Simple rooms, vintage furnishings. There is heat & a couple AC window units.
