Lake house holiday rentals in Delavan Lake

My husband and I really enjoyed our week stay at Rock Lake. The big deck with a screened in lounge was perfect for Summer evenings. We used the lake toys and enjoyed bon fires. We will definitely come back!

Loved this house! It was in a great location, a few mins away from town, walking distance to Lake Como and super easy to find and navigate. Everyone had a great time. Only drawback was a tiny kitchen for multiple people but the rest of the living areas were great!

We spent the weekend here and really enjoyed our time. It was an extremely hot weekend so we spent a lot of time cooling off in the lake. The cabin was clean and the kids had fun playing games in the basement once it got dark out.

We stayed at Charlotte's cozy cottage for a girls weekend which is located in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was great to unwind at the end of the day and was the perfect addition to a relaxing weekend. The kitchen was also fully stocked with everything we needed to make meals. Plenty of space for a small group and her attention to detail was very helpful. Would recommend!

We had an awesome time here. The house was clean, comfortable, spacious, and there were ample sleeping options for a group of up to 8 people. The Keurig and water machine were a big plus. It was a great place to start and end the day. Beautiful view from the deck, a huge yard with firepit and yard games, and the lake right across the street made for a perfect weekend getaway. Downtown Lake Geneva is only a 10 minute drive away as well. Victoria was friendly, communicative and responsive. I definitely recommend this spot!

Wonderful home for a big family or group! Lots to do (if you’re not already busy!). The home has everything you need to rest, relax, and make killer meals. Madison is a quick 30 minute drive away as well. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Joe’s place - honestly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at! The house was super great and you can tell the owners really take care of it and put a lot of thought into it. Super clean and had everything you’d need in terms of extra towels, kitchen items, etc. Thanks for a great stay!

Tim’s place is a gem! It’s located on the river, and very close to the lake as well… So you can easily do all sorts of water sports, which is important to my family. Communication was very clear and he is easy to get ahold of. I would definitely rent here again!

This house is simply wonderful. It has the best beachy cottage summer vibes! The location is also great very private for being somewhat close to the city, and very close to Six Flags. We especially loved mornings on the deck and taking the kayaks out on the lake. Can't wait to stay again!

Wish we had time to book a longer stay! Regardless, it was a perfect place for my son and I to stay and do some kayaking and fishing on Paddock Lake. The deck was really a nice touch with the cafe lights. It was really nice to have access to a dock to launch our kayaks and fish from.

Amanda is the best host I’ve ever had, she is so friendly and responsive. Her kitchen was fully equipped, she gave us the option of having firewood delivered, the place is absolutely beautiful, you walk down some stairs to get to the beach. A group of 8 moms went there for a weekend getaway and it was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

Larry was a very accommodating and responsive host! The place was amazing and exactly as described. Plenty of room, amenities, and beautiful views. He made sure we had plenty of supplies and all the stuff for Smores!

This place was amazing for a girls weekend with my friends. The host was responsive and was helpful with giving recommendations, etc. already hoping to plan to come back next summer and stay here. 10/10 would recommend- beautiful place.

We loved our stay at Moore Manor! Extremely spacious, clean, and was stocked with everything we needed. Super close to the lake which was so convienient for walking over to the beach and not to mention being able to walk to all the great restaurants and shops in the area! Maureen was very responsive with answering all the questions we had prior to our stay. Friendly and flexible host. Definitely would recommend this property for your next weekend getaway!

The Lake house was spectacular. It was pristine and peaceful. My family and I had a relaxing and enjoyable time with lots to do and a lot of space. Highly recommend if you are looking for a house on the lake for families and groups of friends, feels like a home away from home.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Kathy’s place! She was so friendly, the place was extremely clean - and very nice! She was very responsive and her communication was excellent. We will absolutely be coming back next time we are in Lake Geneva. Oh, and our boys (15 & 11) very much enjoyed all the snacks she left for them! :) Thank you, Kathy! We had a wonderful time in your place. Highly highly recommend! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Had absolutely zero complaints about the property. The backyard is nice for evening cookouts and bonfires. The interior felt newly renovated, spacious, and made sleeping arrangements very comfortable.

We had an amazing family vacation! The home is in a quiet neighborhood but surrounded by nature. We loved taking the kayaks out each day—it was so peaceful. The park next door was perfect: beach volleyball for the adults and a playground for the kids. The basement game setup was a huge hit on arrival, but the real favorite was fishing right from the backyard—our kids caught both big and small fish for the first time! Stephanie was extremely responsive and helpful. We had a few small hiccups (like a tripped kitchen fuse and some goose mess on the patio), and she handled everything quickly and kindly. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay at the Lake House! The house is spacious and clean. The hosts have thought of everything as anything you may need has been provided. From the moment we walked inside, we knew we had made the right decision. The house smelled fresh and the AC was spot on! We will definitely consider staying here again in the future and would recommend it to our friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our stay was great! The lake was very peaceful and the provided water toys were a plus. The beach was very easy to walk to. The house was comfortable and spacious. We had 6 adults and 3 kids and did not feel on top of each other. The basement was a great hangout. We were easily able to cook food on the grill while playing lawn games or ping pong. The house provided everything one needs for a fun and successful vacation. The house was clean but the only con is the house could use a deep clean.

amazing place, nice and quiet and tucked away from crowded lake geneva! was so nice to walk down the street to lake como, our kids enjoyed the playground there :) 10/10 would recommend!
