Bungalow holiday rentals in Delaware Bay

The house is close to the beach and easy to find. We had a great stay. Michele was quick to respond and gave clear instructions for check in and check out. I would recommend!

Took the family for a quick get away before school starts and this airbnb was on point. Very peaceful and relaxing. Hadn’t seen stars at night in a long time. My family had a great time definitely worth it.

This was our second stay at Jerry's property, and it was even better than the first. Jerry is very communicative and responsive, and he obviously takes pride in his property -- updates had been made since our visit last year. We felt right at home, being able to do laundry and prepare simple meals as needed. Stepping outside right onto the sand made a business trip still feel leisurely!

We had a wonderful visit to North Beach staying at William's bayside bungalow! The location is absolutely perfect. The bungalow is steps away from the boardwalk and conveniently located to the beach and all the fun shops in town. The bungalow was comfortable and perfect for our trip. We especially loved sitting on the front porch and enjoying the view of the bay. William was a gracious and communicative host. We'd be excited to stay here again in the future!

I stayed at Kathryn's Beach bungalow with 3 friends for a long weekend and it was perfect! we loved spending the majority of our time walking on the beach and sitting on the back deck. We saw so many birds, turtles and horseshoe crabs it was so neat! Kathryn was very responsive to any questions we had and was also very accommodating and flexible with our check in and check out times, allowing us to enjoy the most of our weekend! I'd highly recommend her place to anyone looking to just relax by the beach, but still have plenty of restaurants/wineries about 20-30 minutes away :)

Beautifully decorated bungalow in an amazing location. 10 minute walk to the beach and good bars, restaurants; felt safe walking around at night in the neighborhood. The backyard area was also very cute. Beach chairs, umbrella and other amenities were convenient. Justine sent helpful instructions after booking that made our arrival easy and was responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

I’m not easily impressed, but I would definitely stay here again! The unit was spotless and incredibly cozy — truly exceeded my expectations. Even with a rainy weekend, we were perfectly comfortable and had the best time. Thank you for such a wonderful and welcoming stay!

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Carolyn’s place. Carolyn and her spouse were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely warm hosts who went above and beyond in every way imaginable. From the moment we booked, Carolyn was attentive and considerate—she even reached out to ask our preferences on snacks. We were already touched by the gesture, but when we arrived, we were completely blown away by how much care and detail they put into preparing the house for us. The home itself was absolutely pristine—immaculate, welcoming, and thoughtfully arranged with everything we could possibly need. And the thoughtful touches didn’t stop there—Carolyn even went so far as to set up a small pool for our dog, which was just the sweetest and most unexpected surprise. I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs over the years, and I can say without hesitation that this was one of the best host experiences I’ve ever had. Carolyn and her spouse truly exemplify what it means to be superhosts. A+++

Had such a fabulous weekend, I wish our stay was longer honestly. The house was beautiful and had the lake right in the back yard. Really enjoyed our stay.

This is my second stay at the River Bungalow with my 2 Dobermans. It is a unique property in a lovely, private wooded area. Kristi is an incredibly responsive host. I will be back.

This place is very nice. It’s peaceful and the surroundings and beautiful. Pam is very helpful with direction to local places. This house is the best, we couldn’t have asked for anything else. Had everything we needed and this place is spotless. We will definitely use this place again! Thank you Pam for everything!

The house is small but clean and cozy. Nice deck and backyard. We had to spend more time in the house than expected because of the weather. Very quiet area. After our busy home area, it felt like there are no people around. The host was very responsive and helpful.
