Holiday rentals with a patio in Delaware County

Omar was a great host. He was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. We were arriving on Christmas Eve and the heat in the building unfortunately happened to go out the day before we got there. Omar let me know that he had someone out trying to fix it that day, but it wasn't fixed and he left space heaters in the apartment for us in case it wasn't fixed before we got there. When we got there, we were able to check in early and Omar was there (with the HVAC guy) when we arrived. He even helped us with our bags up to the apartment. The heat was fixed later that day luckily and Omar checked in with us a couple times during our stay to make sure the heat was working and let us know he had more space heaters if we needed them. He also checked in to make sure everything else was ok and that we felt at home, which it was and did. The apartment itself was clean and as described. Would stay there again.

Diane's place was quiet, restful, beautiful, and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details throughout. I had no trouble sleeping here, which is unusual for me when I travel. Diane also went out of her way to help me out with transportation a couple of times, which I appreciated because I didn't have a car for this trip. The regional train stop (SEPTA) is 5 minutes away, and you can get to Center City in about 20-25 minutes by train. The hot tub was a big bonus after a long day of workshops at Swarthmore. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend Diane's place to others staying in the Philadelphia area.

Aaron's home was in a beautiful location and had a peaceful surroundings.. It was close to a wedding venue so we could hear that when we were outside but not while we were inside. We met Aaron and his dog on our way back from a walk with our dog. Aaron was very friendly and gave us some tips about different things in the area. We would definitely stay here again the next time we go to that area.

First time staying in Philadelphia for a concert and the place was very nice and clean! It’s a 18 minute drive to the Lincoln Financial Field, Wells Fargo Center and Citizens bank park, which was very convenient. There’s also a few shops nearby approximately 10 minute car ride that supports the locals and were amazing for gifts, food and vinyls.

We were very comfortable and appreciated how open, clean, and easy the space was. Nachman was very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

My daughter (20 months) and I had a wonderful time at Bohemian Moon. It was very clean, airy, and whimsical. We were able to walk to Starbucks, our friend's house, and Gorgas Park every day because of the great location. The parking space was a wonderful perk, especially with a toddler. Although the apartment isn't necessarily baby toddler friendly my toddler had a wonderful time. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable and it could have been bigger but the queen bed, in the loft seemed very comfortable (I gave my daughter the loft). There isn't much counter space and more counter space, a microwave, and large toaster oven would be a better use of space than a full sized gas stove, in my opinion. My daughter LOVED watching all the dogs walk by from the chairs on the patio. Over all it is a very lovely spot and we hope to be back soon!

Patricia was a delight to communicate with! The basement apartment was a perfect choice for my son and I to share a three day trip for his 13th birthday celebration. We went to a Phillies game, toured the city, and spent a day out at the Jersey Shore. This location was perfect home base for us. It was so much nicer than a hotel room IMO, and I enjoyed coffee in the back yard garden each morning. Everything was so nicely furnished, stocked and ready for us when we arrived. Patricia truly exceeded expectations. Thanks for making a memorable father/son trip even better!

Cutteeeee apartment. Adorable. I slept hard. Parking is a little tight in the back, but just follow the hosts instructions and youll find it.

Aaron's place was a perfect little cottage for a weekend away. Aaron provided easy instructions to get in and it was easy to navigate even in the dark. The cottage was clean, neat and bigger than we expected. The extra double sink area is great, especially with girls. The area is very quiet and very close to anything you may need. We would stay again if we are in the area. Highly recommend.

House was perfect for what we needed. Sonia was understanding, helpful and very responsive. Id rent from her again if I ever have to come back to Philly.

Great 3 night stay. Perfect for traveling with dogs. The fenced back yard is amazing. Very well stocked kitchen if you plan to eat in. Very clean and well maintained property.

The place was immaculate! It was such a unique find. We were in town for a play to stay tournament and Calvin was very flexible with us on extending our stay or checking out. He was very responsive and helpful. The house was very comfortable and as described. Would definitely stay here again. My kids were sad when they didn't make the next day of the tournament, and we had to leave.

What a beautiful quiant farmhouse with a brook in the front. Rustic and clean with worn wooden floors and a nice kitchen. Close to longwood gardens and west chester.

Impeccably clean and well-appointed. Perfect for our trip to visit family close by. Close to churches, food, and shopping — whatever you need. Great neighborhood to walk and enjoy the area.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

We couldn’t have asked for more hospitable and friendly hosts! The location was perfect for our daughter’s graduation from Bryn Mawr and we were able to bring our Doxie who enjoyed it as much as we did. The town is charming and easily walkable from the house. The backyard setting was a wonderful oasis for the family.

Great Stay in Philly! Natasha’s condo was a wonderful place to stay during our trip to Philadelphia! The space was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. We did run into a small issue with the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms, and Natasha actually messaged me asking when she could come by to fix it — I didn’t see the message until the day before we left, so that was completely on me. I really appreciated how proactive she was about it. We also had an issue with the door lock, but Natasha came out right away to replace the battery. She was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of. Overall, a great experience and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Philly!

Excellent location. Really convenient with super strong WiFi. Such a cool neighborhood and for that reason parking can be a little tough at night. Just plan for that.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect in every way. The home was exactly like the photos—actually, even more stunning in person. It had everything we needed and more, with thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel completely at home. The house was impeccably clean—truly one of the most pristine and well-maintained Airbnbs we've ever stayed in. Every detail was taken care of, and it was clear the hosts take great pride in offering a top-tier experience. Speaking of the hosts, they were outstanding: incredibly responsive, kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. From start to finish, their communication and hospitality were flawless. We had a perfect experience and are already looking forward to staying here again the next time we visit. Highly, highly recommended!

the apartment was perfect. great location and accomadations

If you are looking for a good central location, that’s the perfect choice. The beautiful apartement is like a 5 star hotel. It looks very luxurious, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the whole apartement is spotlessly clean. You can also find several parking options for a good price if you arrive by car. I will definitely book again if I’m visiting Philly.

Erica’s place is like being at home. The host are so kind & respectful. I loved the stocked kitchen , the cozy fire place , and the local recommendations that Erica added in the guest manual. I’m in love with the place as a whole , it’s very convenient & any questions I had Erica responded quickly ! 10/10 !

This was my second stay at Hala's in as many weeks. Just as wonderful as the first time! See my review from last week, nothing has changed, still excellent!
