Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Delaware County

The location was wonderful. I have been working in Wilmington for years but had never been in Arden. What a gorgeous spot that is, and so very convenient to all of Wilmington and so easy to hop on and off the highway. Susan was extremely kind and thoughtful and we appreciated her advice and help. We had our little Havanese with us and it was so convenient to have a fenced in back yard so that she could easily go in and out. It was a lovely stay.

We had a great stay at Marcella’s house. Very comfortable, nicely decorated town home in a great location. We traveled with our dog and baby and were all very happy there. The path along the canal is beautiful, with waterfalls and mosaic. Marcella was a great host and very accommodating.

Had a great stay. Host were responded to messages very timely and dropped of some extra blankets. Nice calm neighborhood. Nice backyard to relax on. Beds were very comfortable to sleep. Would definitely stay again

Our family had a wonderful stay at Jeneene's home. Jeneene was exceptionally communicative, responsive and thoughtful, including leaving a sweet congratulatory note to our daughter (who was graduating), providing local recommendations specific to our needs, and allowing us late check out. A great spot for our family to gather for a wedding weekend… a great location, lots of room, John a great host.

This home is beautifully appointed. It was as if we were staying in a model home. Appliances were new, any equipment needed for cooking was present, even a tea pot! No concerns with heating, controlled on each floor and was optimal. Beds were comfortable. 4 bathrooms were awesome! There was nothing that we needed. Highly recommend staying with Jannatul!

Impeccably clean and well-appointed. Perfect for our trip to visit family close by. Close to churches, food, and shopping — whatever you need. Great neighborhood to walk and enjoy the area.

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

What a hidden Gem 🥰 . Very clean and super cozy. Definitely will be staying here again. Such a great find !

Aaron's home was in a beautiful location and had a peaceful surroundings.. It was close to a wedding venue so we could hear that when we were outside but not while we were inside. We met Aaron and his dog on our way back from a walk with our dog. Aaron was very friendly and gave us some tips about different things in the area. We would definitely stay here again the next time we go to that area.

My stay at Mark's place was unforgettable. The place felt brand new, was spotless throughout, and had a great modern touch. Mark was friendly and extremely responsive with any inquiries I had throughout the stay. Fantastic location, walking distance to main street, hiking trails, parks, and a short drive to the grocery store. If you are looking to stay in Phoenixville, you won't find a better host than Mark.

My husband and I frequent Delaware a lot, and this is by far our favorite place thus far. Clean, plenty of parking, great/responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!

I appreciated being able to check in early after arriving on a redeye flight. The place suited my needs very well, and the location was ideal for my purposes.

Best recommendation we can give is that on our next visit to Philadelphia , we want to stay at Thomas' location.

This is a nice place for two people for a weekend or long weekend. Black out curtains in the bedroom and bathroom would have helped us sleep a little better.

We were looking for a last minute family trip to Lancaster for a train ride and to visit an Amish farm. We were traveling with our 4 children under 5 and Dorothy was extremely accommodating. She offered us fresh milk from their cows and kept it raw by special request due to some of our kids lactose intolerance from pasteurized milk. The fresh bread and jam, eggs from their hens which we could see outside our kitchen window, made the homestead life seem so simple lovely and enjoyable (I’m sure it takes a lot of hard work to keep up with - they do a phenomenal job and I was so grateful to share a small moment of that). They provided a crib and an extra mattress on the floor for our kids. The space was cozy, very clean and we felt right at home. It rained for a little while we were there and Dorothy had legos and books available which the kids enjoyed. When it wasn’t raining we were able to walk their beautiful property. The kids really enjoyed the tree swing, playground and trampoline.
