Our newly renovated apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. We live on the ground floor. It offers on 70sqm two bedrooms (double bed / 2 single beds), a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and a large bathroom. Boke is an idyllic village located directly on the Lippe with about 2500 inhabitants. It is excellent as a Lippegolddorf because of its beauty. In the village there is a bakery, a butcher and a supermarket with all the necessities of the day.

🌻Please read all information before booking!🌻 Hello and welcome to our beautiful farm surrounded by nature☺️! Perfect to come to peace or make excursions to the Paderborn surroundings. The guest area with its own bathroom (1st floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet farmyard just outside (!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

Cozy room in the country house with horses

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

Stay in the romantic garden

Peace and recreation in the rural ambience and Tyni House. Yours is a small but charming room in the trailer. Nestled in the natural reserve, 10 min car distance to Paderborn. Enjoy the large green garden or make excursions to the surrounding lakes. We live with our family outside of PB in a beautiful landscape where you can go jogging, hiking or cycling. We live and love organic, therefore your breakfast is of course also organic!

Mono im Teuto

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Welcome to our farm surrounded by nature. Our apartment offers a special charm in an old wall, but is in new condition inside. Everything is furnished in a cozy country house style. A kitchen with 2 hotplates, sink, mini oven, contact grill, fridge, coffee maker and kettle offers everything you need. Linens, towels, etc. are provided. Arrival by car is recommended as the nearest stop is 1.3 km away.
