This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. Our apartment has 1 open kitchen living room, 1 double bed, a double bedroom with a 2-person Jacuzzi, 1 single bed, 1 balcony, barbecue. Our apartment is not suitable for pets. Our apartment is 5 minutes by car to the center, 10 minutes to Kaputaş beach, 15 minutes to Patara beach, 45 minutes to Fethiye. There is a grocery store near the apartment. Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.
