Loved our stay here! Super cozy and clean little place with everything we needed. It’s in a quiet street, which was super convenient for us. The hosts were really kind and chill, made us feel welcome right away. Would totally stay again!

We had an amazing 5-night stay at Osman's place. There's a lot to visit around, within 20-30 mins by car. The nearest beach is 10 mins ride away. The big MM Migros is just 5 mins ride away, in the centre of Kumluca. The villa is very big, surrounded by beautiful orange trees, very private and relaxing. Definitely a 5-star recommendation!

A complete oasis of peace. You are completely spared from everyday stress and annoying people. You are completely private. If even locals drive by/going by, they can't see anything. The house and surroundings are simply a dream. I can only recommend it for those who would like to protect their privacy and love nature. You could expand the kitchen utensils a little but you can cook great despite it. We were there for 5 days, I wish we could stay longer. Mr. Tarkan was very helpful and was always available. The pool was totally clean and beautiful. Long talk briefly, I highly recommend it.

What an amazing place to stay. The villa had everything we needed and felt like a little bit of luxury and still very homely. Swimming in the sea from the villas sea platform was a beautiful experience and the location was a 5 minute drive to the town centre. Check in was easy and we felt very welcomed by a little basket of food essentials left for us. If we ever travel to Kas again I would definitely stay at Villa Senur. 10 stars out 5!!! My family stayed here for a week and I can say it was a really cool place! Very hospitable hosts, met us with a delicious cake, were always in touch and tried to solve all the issues that we had! The premises are very spacious, there are many bedrooms, everything is tidy, clean, everything we needed was there. And when something was missing, the host responded very quickly and provided help) What I can note is the top location, the store right under the house, the embankment, the facilities, the sea. I liked the garden of the house the most, you can grill food there, and the child can play and just sit in the shade) I recommend this place 100%

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The location is absolutely beautiful — surrounded by olive trees, with a stunning view of the sea. It’s incredibly peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. At night, you can see so many stars — it’s magical. The villa itself is comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. We truly felt at home and would love to come back again. Thank you for a perfect stay!

If you have the opportunity to stay here -- book it! I stayed for 12 days and enjoyed every minute. The bed was super comfortable, the view is stunning and it never gets old. The furniture was new and comfortable. I had plenty of hot water and loved the large shower. There are small markets and a couple restaurants a short walk up the hill. The bus is directly across the driveway and cost just $.75 USD to get into the city and stops about every 20 minutes. The kitchen is super well stocked. Tolga was so helpful. He helped me get groceries when I arrived and covered the balance when I didn't have enough cash, until I was able to pay him back. He also brought me cash for the bus when I needed to get to town to an ATM. In addition, when I checked out to go to a hotel in the city for the second half of my stay in Kas, he ordered a taxi for me and even greeted me when I arrived at the hotel. This is, by far, my most favorite airbnb to date. I will stay here again if I return to Kas.

The apartment is in a remote part of Kasha, but it was not difficult for me to walk 30 minutes to the city center along the picturesque streets. You can also use a local taxi (costs 250-400 TL, 4-8€ one way). The apartment has everything you need, and the BIM grocery store is within walking distance. The apartment is well equipped and I think you can stay in it for a relatively long time. There are indeed repair works going on around, as mentioned in the comments, but this is not a problem. Living on the first floor, I didn't hear anything. Also, local roosters may wake you up in the morning and local cats will have breakfast with you❤️. Reconnect with nature and enjoy the magnificent view. Have a nice rest! Gülsen and his father are wonderful hosts!

Great place with an amazing view of the city! Rooms were really clean and Oguz did a great job with check-in and communication. If you like walking to the restaurants and shops, it’s a pretty steep hill to get down to them but manageable. There is also a hiking trail right across the road behind the place which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

I am very grateful to Yasemin for being a flexible wonderful host! We stayed in the larger unit with the full kitchen and it was perfect for our longer stay. The apartment was sparkling clean and very cute and well curated, comfortable, and cozy. We got A LOT of exercise walking up and down the mountain to the center and the sea but there is a scenic route with gorgeous views. A lot of great hikes on the Lycian way nearby. Beautiful place.

We stayed at Ms. Mine's house for 1 week. It was even nicer than it looked in the visuals. It was quite clean. It was a spacious and spacious house. There is a beautiful terrace where you can spend the evenings. The house is about 10 minutes drive to the center of Kaş. I'm guessing it would be difficult to get there without a car. There are enough kitchen supplies in the house. Laundry and dish-washing machines, stove and fridge are pretty new. The house is located in a quite peaceful area. You can even see a sweet aunt who grazes the goat in the morning. You can even see a Lycian sarcophagus from the terrace. In our opinion, the only thing missing was the lack of tablets for the dishwasher. We can recommend this house with peace of mind.

We really liked the location of the room. You can easily go to the central places, beaches and restaurants in a walkable distance. Also the room was very clean and host is really helpful, responsive and ensured flexible check in thanks for it. If it is your first time in Kaş, you may definitely stay with peace of mind

We were very pleased with our family stay, the site and the environment are very safe and suitable for families. All the items are available in the apartment, and Mr. Oğuz is very friendly and helped us a lot. As far as we can see, the location is in a neighborhood with summer villas and therefore a little far from the city center. We used the minibuses on our trip. There is a minibus stop 4 minutes away and you can go to the city center from there. As a result, it was a great stay, we would like to thank Mr. Oğuz again.

I stayed here in October while meeting family and working remotely. The place perfectly met my needs for a quiet space with easy access to the beach. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the quieter part of the public beach, which is free to access. Shops like groceries, a butcher, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants are all conveniently nearby. The environment is peaceful and secure, with access to a pool area, and the busier resort and shopping area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house had everything one could need, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. The kitchen was very convenient, and the balcony offered a beautiful Californianesque mountain view. The WiFi on-site ranged between 2-10 Mbps, but I used a local Turkcell SIM card, which provided much faster speeds of 100-150 Mbps, making it perfect for remote work. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

The apartment is lovely with an amazing balcony and great views. All the facilities were good and the kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. The pool was lovely and always quiet- again the views from the pool are unbeatable. We walked to the town in around 10 minutes (down a steep hill). We mainly caught taxis back as the hill is steep and it was very hot but that was always easy and around TL170-200 per trip so not expensive. Kas itself is lovely- lots of restaurants, platform beaches (Hilary's recommendations were the best- Lemonya and boat trip to Limangazi). We also enjoyed a longer boat trip to Kerkova. Hilary was very friendly and responsive and helpful with anything we needed- the welcome food and wine was much appreciated.

Literally very good. It's like you've gone to a friend as a guest. She was immediately solution-oriented and resolved that I wrote for a few needs of the hotel owner so beautiful and helpful. Max 8 minutes to the bus station in terms of location. It is driven by car. In addition, the house was as shown in the photos, there was no problem with cleaning, there was no problem with cleaning, it was already very active in the other rooms, and it was clear from the cleaning in your own room. When I come to Fethiye, I will always prefer this apartment, thank you for everything

We’ve sadly just finished our stay in Minerva. It was the perfect base for our family of four (two teenage daughters). The apartment was well equipped with all we needed and more, including a water cooler which was a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable and the pool was our own. As stated, the accommodation is a short walk to the town centre, but has plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants even closer - it couldn’t have been better. It’s situated on a small side road so as well as being close to amenities, it’s blissfully quiet and private. In he whole, the experience with Jane and Minerva was faultless and our stay in Kalkan felt like a comfortable, sunny home from home.

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰
