All amenities are accessible within 200 meters. Beautiful nature reserves are in the immediate vicinity and lend themselves perfectly to wonderful walks and bike rides. The house was built in 2018 and is energy-neutral. You don't pay anything for that. Please note! The house is not suitable for children. Adults only!!
