We had a brilliant time at the property. The balcony in the evening overlooking the pool was perfect for evening drinks. The location was great not far from the harbour, beach and city centre. Nuria and Melissa were really helpful offering lots of recommendations. Thank you!

The apartment was as described. Safe, quiet area and equipped with every comfort. The kitchen was very well equipped. Comfy beds and lovely terrace all around. Downtown and beach within walking distance. Lucia is a very floor host... friendly, helpful, responds right away…. Can't ask for a better host. Will book through her again right away. She makes you feel welcome and you matter.

We stayed for a week (couple) in this beautiful apartment. This is very nice and cozy, as shown in the photos. Everything was super clean and equipped with everything you could need. Communication with Laura was excellent. We had bikes with us, which was very pleasant to explore the nearby area. Otherwise, you are also right on the beach on foot. If we travel to Denia again, we are very happy to rent Laura's apartment again.

My 2 friends and I stayed here and loved the appartment! Close to the sea, city and supermarktes. We had a car for roadtrips and it was amazing to easily park it next to the house. Rait responded very fast and was very friendly :) 10/10

Everything's perfect. David and Marina were super attentive, flexible and kind. They left us the crib and high chair for the baby, they were very understanding with the departure time and they welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Upon arrival, we had a small problem with the shower, but they were very diligent. We will definitely be back!

The special thing about the apartment is that it really gives you the impression of being at home, probably because it is also a home away from the owner. We felt very comfortable. Crockery and cutlery were even thought of for our child. Everything you needed was there and was sparkling clean. Thank you!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

We had a great time at José’s apartment. The accommodation was clean and tidy and the roof terrace was a great bonus with sun on it all day. The location was perfect for walking into the centre of Denia and it’s attractions as well as being in an area that was full of local cafes, bars and shops that represented the real life Denia. It’s a bit tricky to park outside the apartment but worse case you can park for free 5 minutes walk away. We will certainly return to the apartment in the future and highly recommend it.

Thank you very much, Clotilde, for a wonderful stay and your great hospitality. We arrived a little late and were greeted with a large fruit basket. The apartment was perfect, and contains everything you need for a successful holiday. The terrace with the beautiful view is absolutely beautiful and is a nice place to drink your morning coffee. Right below the apartment there is a nice beach promenade that takes you into the city. Altea has many good restaurants and the old town is really charming. On the last day, we had a late return flight to Norway and were able to borrow the apartment for free for a few extra hours. I'd love to come back to Clotilde's cozy apartment.

A fairly quiet and comfortable stay, just what I was looking for, a private and clean organization, if you are looking to be quiet it is the right place, very clean pool

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

Great place to stay for us. Loved the apartment and we were very comfortable. Everything good quality and working perfectly. Enjoyed the balcony and the pool - so lovely and quiet at the time we visited. Super location close to the beach via short walk along marina/canal. We didn't have a car, but if we had, parking would have been easy. Javea is a lovely town, and we enjoyed visiting the port as well as the beach. VincenteyPatri were very helpful and responsive, communication before and during our stay was always prompt, with offers to help and the information booklet in the apartment was super - full instructions for everything, plus lots of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Tina and Roger are adorable, the accommodation is perfect. With a key box and a parking space right in front of the terrace. Extremely clean and functional, there is everything. It is as relaxing as it is well located and close (by car) to many tourist sites. Access to the pool is a real plus because it is quiet and the view is breathtaking. After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Perfect apartment to spend a few days! Very welcoming and with everything you need to live. There were a lot of details like spices, books, games ... M. Jesus was very attentive and very kind with our doubts and requests. Highly recommended!

We did not meet Maria, but we did meet her mother, who was very attentive and explained the whole apartment to us. The apartment was very clean, it is very nice and comfortable. We had a mishap with a bathroom that they didn't notice and we couldn't use, but everything else was very good, close to the beach and with an ideal pool. Thank you.

First Airbnb experience. Could not fault anything especially the communication. The description was spot on. We had a great time in Alicante and decided on the way home that the ACCOMMODATION was the best thing about the whole holiday 😀
