The house has a large living and dining area, a second living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (1 large bedroom and two double bedrooms), 2 bathrooms and a nice terrace where to take meal or have a read. For disable people possibility to have the ground floor (separate from the top one) or a two bedrooms apartment in closed urbanization with communal swimming pool and parking). As well available with ground floor terrace with patio of similar distribution. The house is situated in a very quiet pedestrian street within the historical city center. The area is lively with its beautiful old houses, lots of nice restaurants, tapas' bar and grocery stores. Nature lovers will enjoy the many walking and biking trail around the area, specially our Montgo natural area. The arrear country deserves to be visited and a pair of golf courses of 18 holes is very close. Dénia is ideal to come any time of the year due to our SUNNY AND MILD WEATHER mainly all the yearlong. May, June and September are ideal, with calm summer weather. Fallas festivities (March 15-19) are obliged to be seen and enjoyed, at least once in life as it is UNIQUE AND SPECTACULAR. If you want to escape from rain and coldness, this part of Spain will be a remedy against any kind of gloominess and depression. We will respond to any inquiry. But, please, be patient with us as we are Mediterranean people... During the winter period possibility to rent per month during the whole season. Just ask.

This place has an excellent location. Old Town Center, a minute's walk from the Plaza of the famous Church of Altea. Located on a quiet street at the highest point in Altea, it has incredible views, almost 360 degrees, with no neighbors next door. The house has everything you need, including everything for the beach. House cleaning done only with organic products! Child-friendly house! Pets are allowed as long as they don't climb on the furniture!!! We wish you an unforgettable vacation!

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell.
