Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

We welcome you to the apartment at the "Alte Geiersbergschänke." The apartment is located in an idyllic secluded location in a beech forest on one of the seven hills that surround the city of Kirchberg. At the foot of the Ore Mountains. We want to convey the peace and security of this unique location to our guests. The apartment (80 square meters) is on the first floor (entrance area with 4 steps) in the landlord's house with a separate entrance. Wi-Fi and parking space available.

Small apartment in the nursery

The small apartment is located in the middle of a gardening property on the ground floor of the landlord's house. The access is via a paved dirt road. The entrance is accessible via the rear courtyard. By car you can drive almost directly to the front door, through the idyllic garden area and the kitchen garden. Attention: In summer, parking is limited by falling apples (under apple tree). In front of the property is a parking space that can also be used.

3-room apartment in St. Egidien

Bright and tastefully furnished duplex apartment (60 m²) on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. The extensively equipped apartment includes a flat-screen TV, 2 bedrooms with double and single beds. Towels and linens are provided free of charge. Shopping and train station are within a few minutes' walk. Suitable for: - Motorsport fans (distance to the Sachsenring about 10 minutes) - Fitters (VW-Sachsen) Other things to note * Non-smokers * No pets

This charming apartment is located on the 1st floor of a lovingly restored, listed building and offers a unique ambience. Everything is housed in a spacious room, only the bathroom is separated. The open living-sleeping-cooking and dining area is flooded with lots of natural light from morning to evening thanks to the high ceilings and large wooden windows. Overall, you can expect a bright, friendly atmosphere that invites you to feel good.

Vacation in the lake cottage "Siebenhain:" the beach in front of you, the terrace on the sunny side and everything that your vacation heart desires. Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, fireplace, sauna, underfloor heating, well thought-out lighting concept. And it comes with a bit of nostalgia: a record player. Make yourself comfortable and unwind.
