The bed can be made into either king size or twin with a set bunk-beds. En-suite bathroom. Within 10 minute walk of the popular Carsington Water. This neutrally decorated four bedroom, 1 bathroom property sleeps eight in superb accommodation with a cosy contemporary feel. The property boasts a private hot tub and garden area to enjoy if the weather allows. There is also a sauna and swim spa on site which is shared with other guests although private slots are booked once you are on site.

Pool may be available outside these months by request for adults who enjoy cold water swimming/dipping. The Full sized snooker table is available for adults only.

Charming cosy cottage within 9 acres of gardens and all year round indoor heated swimming pool, shared only with The Round House , also available to book. Walk directly to Chatsworth House (3 miles) along the River Derwent - come back and curl up by the fire. Listen to birdsong and savour the stunning views from the garden. You will find brand new comfy beds, new (downstairs) family bathroom and brand new well equipped cream Shaker kitchen with separate pantry.
