One king size bedroom with en suite a double both with amazing views of the river and a single, it’s large family bathroom with jacuzzi style bath is perfect for a relaxing soak after a day in the peaks. Down stairs is a large dining room, lounge with gas fire and fully fitted kitchen but with the Tea room and Bulls head within 1mins walk you may not need it.

Car strongly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.
