Chalet in the grounds of a large garden in the beautiful Peak District village of Youlgrave (good pubs & shops). Spectacular walks on doorstep. My mother was Swiss German and she had a large greenhouse made into the Chalet in 1992. In 2017 we fully renovated this quirky building. Easy parking, twin beds with new high quality firm memory foam mattresses in 2020, no smoking, ONE dog friendly. Outside seating We have a gorgeous friendly golden retriever. infrared sauna is available at extra cost

The flat was originally the brew house for the property, this 1 bedroom ground floor apartment sleeps 2-4. Delightful converted Stables offering one bedroom accommodation in the beautiful Peak District village of Alstonefield. The cosy living room includes a much admired kitchenette with stairs leading to the galleried bedroom and ensuite shower room. There are numerous scenic walks from the door, with the River Dove 10 mins walk away. Other attractions nearby include Chatsworth House and the Tissington Trail. The village also boasts a Michelin guide restaurant and a regular concert programme.

The Annexe is self contained in the garden of our home in Wingerworth. Private entrance through small conservatory . Shower room , fridge, kettle, toaster , microwave. Cereals, bread, butter and preserves provided. Close to countryside and Peak District National Park . On drive parking. Bus stops nearby to Chesterfield and Derby with links by bus/train from Chesterfield Rail Station. Good local walks and Chatsworth Estate 20 minutes drive. Excellent Pub/Restaurant 5 minutes walk away.

You will be comfortable in our house, full of character. Two upstairs bedrooms, with a king size bed and Freeview TV, and one with single (further beds on discussion); bathroom and downstairs shower room. Downstairs sitting room with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge (no freezer), without a kitchen sink. Screen (no TV) available in sitting room with HDMI cable. Washing up service provided. This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.
