Holiday rentals with a kayak in Destin

This place was absolutely perfect and looked exactly like the pictures! It was clean, private, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the kayaks – the kids had a blast paddling around, and the provided life jackets and cooler were thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The sleeping accommodations were very comfortable, and we all rested well after long days of fun on the water. Being right on the harbor was such a cool experience, especially when we spotted dolphins swimming nearby – truly unforgettable! The atmosphere was peaceful, and we really appreciated the attention to detail in the home. It felt like a little hidden gem, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us. We’ll definitely be back and will absolutely be leaving a five-star review. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing escape!

Aimee’s home has 5 stars for a good reason! From the minute we started to plan the trip to the time we left Aimee was extremely helpful! The home was so clean and in a quiet area. My kids loved swimming in the pool in the morning. If there were any questions or issues Aimee was so responsive and quick to help in whatever way she could. We loved how close it was to the beach. We were able to ride bikes to almost everywhere. The beach bungalow is in a great location. We would absolutely stay here again.

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect space for us. The location is just a few blocks to the beach, the golf cart was great and parking for the cart right at the beach access location, get the golf cart. Very quiet part of the beach, no crowds, high rises, or traffic. The beach was not crowded. I was shocked how well stocked the house was, Zachary literally thought of everything guests would possibly need and then some. Beach gear included was an additional plus. Communication with Zachary was quick and easy. We did not need to reach out during our stay as everything was perfect. Highly recommend this beautiful home and its wonderful host Zachary. The home was very nice and clean. We are a family of four and our teenagers had the space downstairs and it was perfect! The sheets, towels bathroom etc was nice and clean. The host also provided some essentials which were really nice and helpful. Great home with beach vibes!

We had a great stay at this house! Everything was exactly as expected – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool was a definite highlight and perfect for relaxing. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The location is also excellent – close to shops, restaurants, and not far from the beach. We enjoyed everything about our stay and would definitely come back!

It’s was a great house for a large family. The pool was amazing and everyone including my 77 year of father in law enjoyed the slide. It was easy to fine and out of the way of all the traffic. The house is beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Will stay here again

We absolutely loved our stay! Donna was very responsive but we really didn’t need anything! Everything was very easy! The home has everything you need to enjoy the beaches in Panama City as well as the water right outside the door! It was clean, quiet and cozy! The sunset from the deck is second to none! Be sure to enjoy the dock for sting rays and crabs! Will definitely be staying again! The binder with all the local tips and activity suggestions was very handy! This is the perfect place for a couples getaway!

We decided to book a place close to Panama City Beach to vacation. The stay was at a great location by a fresh water lake and about 30 minutes from PCB. We were allowed an early check-in which was awesome to be able to spend the day longer. The laundry room is communion shared and there is room to park a 25 foot boat or greater I'll say. The only drawback is if you plan on cooking large home meals, the kitchenette is limited. Overall this was a good value and I feel will succeed for future occupants.

Can’t wait to go back to Kathryn and Ron’s property. Was such an amazing weekend, they are an amazing persons and very gentle with us. The food was delicious and made by Kathryn, I loved the boat ride with Ron; husband and I were amazed by the Choctawhatchee river. For sure we will be back!

When you visit Annie’s place, enjoy a glass of wine or cozy cup of coffee with their stunning view of the bay only a few footsteps out the back doors. Immaculate gardens and lawn greet you upon arrival. This is the most well stocked home I have ever rented. Tons of activities indoor and outdoor to keep kiddos of all ages entertained. Luxury indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces. This place is lovely whether you want to relax or play. Communication with the hostess was prompt and thoughtful. We never wanted to leave! This place is so cute! From the roosters crowing in the morning to the tree frogs singing in the evening; we loved it. The property is filled with charm having beautiful gardens & a variety of Annie's antique treasures around the cottage... vintage, quirky ,rustic... It all takes you back to a simpler time and gives you that true southern, "old florida" vibe. Annie is so personable and sweet..and knows all the hot spots around town for shopping, food and adventure.... and its just a short drive to the beautiful white sandy beaches on the Gulf. Wonderful place!

Loved the place! It was peaceful and quiet literally across the street from the beautiful Bay. Was very homey, able to cook, wash clothes, had smart tv, and internet and all the appliances you would have at home. Marianne is very responsive and was always available. Even saw the neighbors gorgeous peacock 🦚 Cool little spot!

Probably one the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in in Florida! Visited our daughter and son in law and our 3 month old grandson that live nearby. We came from Clearwater. Spotless, clean and inviting! Loved the porch and spent a lot of time in the rockers and swing in morning and evening enjoying the birds on the feeder and wind chime 🎶🎶. Nice big bedrooms and master bath. Very close to restaurants (Uncle Ernie’s is always great) Copper Tap Grill is good. PCB is about 15 minutes away or less. Schooner restaurant there is on beach and really good. Great location and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us, Barbara! Was nice talking with you too.

These are some of the best hosts we have ever had! From the moment we arrived with a tire issue, Steve was immediately friendly and helpful with multiple local repair shops to try and suit our needs. In the following days he had lots of local restaurants, dive locations and dog park recs. Their place has all the necessities you'd need on your vacation. The kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast, and prepare leftovers any day we needed. All other rooms were stocked, clean and well kept. The dogs loved to fetch n cool off in the Sound on their frequent swims. Lush foliage was a surprise as it contributed to wildlife, birds and shady temps! It is definitely the place to privately slow down, sit back an watch the sun rise on the dock as boats travel by slow and unbusily. Topping it all off was the spacious porch/yard with water hose. It spoiled us as we are usually unable to fully rinse and dry out all of our dive gear before returning home. Come and visit their oasis, you won't regret it!!

Very nice location, if you don’t want to deal with a bunch of tourism during your stay. unless of course you decide to go to panama city. a very peaceful and private area, with easy drives to all sorts of activities in the surrounding area. Yana was a great host, always responsive and helpful, we enjoyed our stay very much.

If I could give 10-stars I would! I am an airbnb host and can be quite critical on bookings I make. I read so much about Ms. Theresa and was a little hesitant because some reviews made it seem like privacy was an issue ...NOT AT ALL!! I can honestly say that SHE was a HUGE part as to why we enjoyed our stay so much and will ABSOLUTELY be back!! She made us feel at home, made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She even made my husband a homemade birthday cake! We shared so many laughs and stories together. It was peaceful, serene, and certainly private. The property was gorgeous, had breathtaking views, and so many wonderful things about it that pictures and description don't do a justice! We enjoyed cooking dinner on the outdoor kitchen area on the lake.. but laying down on a bed, under the cabana, watching a movie, next to the fire, on the lake, was THE best part..next to enjoying fresh eggs for breakfast our last morning!

Most amazing place to stay with family. We had an incredible experience. The home was better than what we were expecting. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to book again in the future.
