Beachfront holiday rental in Destin

This is a beautiful home! A really fabulous find on Airbnb! It’s obvious that Kevin and Jennifer have put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great experience and it was! From the incredible welcome guide, with everything we needed to know, bikes, and exercise equipment in the garage. It’s part of a lovely safe neighborhood right on the beach, with just a short two minute walk to the sand. Everything we needed was provided, with plenty of bathroom amenities and even cooking items. The coffee was delicious and the beds were comfortable! We all slept amazing, and enjoyed so many long walks on the beach and around town. It is a super local area, with amazing dining options. It is rare to find hosts as helpful and thoughtful as Jennifer and Kevin. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home for your next stay! It far exceeded our previous experience in the same neighborhood in another home.

These are some of the best hosts we have ever had! From the moment we arrived with a tire issue, Steve was immediately friendly and helpful with multiple local repair shops to try and suit our needs. In the following days he had lots of local restaurants, dive locations and dog park recs. Their place has all the necessities you'd need on your vacation. The kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast, and prepare leftovers any day we needed. All other rooms were stocked, clean and well kept. The dogs loved to fetch n cool off in the Sound on their frequent swims. Lush foliage was a surprise as it contributed to wildlife, birds and shady temps! It is definitely the place to privately slow down, sit back an watch the sun rise on the dock as boats travel by slow and unbusily. Topping it all off was the spacious porch/yard with water hose. It spoiled us as we are usually unable to fully rinse and dry out all of our dive gear before returning home. Come and visit their oasis, you won't regret it!!

Wonderful place right on the beach. You can walk to great restaurants and shops. Super helpful host and quick to respond to any question. We will definitely visit again!!

The place was in a perfect location for access to the beach and surroundings. Townhome was stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed the golf cart and all the beach extras in the garage. No complaints, just great memories!

Chanel’s place was just absolutely perfect! We felt at home in the cozy space! Chanell was just amazing with her communication from the being of booking all the way to the end! She gave us suggestions on things to do as she found out about them herself! It was like having a friend who helped with our plans for things to do! The most amazing host I’ve ever had and would love to stay at Chanell’s property again when in the area! Thank you for such a lovely stay! My daughter, grandson and I had a wonderful time! The home was great! The huge TV was an added bonus for my grandson who loved watching Mickey Mouse Playhouse on a huge screen lol! Thank you so much Chanell 😊

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

We loved our time at manor by the bay we enjoyed the amenities and the outdoor areas the guest house was perfect for us with the water views and our boat safely on the dock!

This place was amazing. It was decorated perfectly. Every floor had a refrigerator so you didn’t have to go to the top floor for cold drinks. Ashley responded immediately when we had a question. We brought our own beach chairs, but the ones she had were great. We will definitely be booking with her again!

My family and I loved this home. It looks exactly like the pictures and the hosts are very responsive. We loved having a private pool right out back. We would definitely book one of their homes again.

When traveling with 3 young boys adventure always awaits us parents. We had a long drive in and Julie was very accommodating to our arrival and check out times. When we arrived we found a beautiful condo with all the extras needed. The kitchen was stocked with all that is needed to prepare meals. Plus a wagon to help get all the goodies to the beach. Julie’s communication throughout it all was beyond 5 star. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. After a bad host experience at our last Air BnB in New Mexico, Julie made me have faith again. I will definitely be staying at her place again. Thank you so much Julie from the bottom of my heart.

I have stayed at a lot of airbnb’s. This was by far one of my top stays. Beautiful condo. Clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Great location with a beautiful view. Host was very helpful and very responsive. Will stay again when back in the area! 10/10 would recommend.

We had an awesome stay! The unit was spotless and beautiful. It was well stocked and an added bonus was the chairs and wagon we could borrow for beach time. The location is awesome and within walking distance to several great restaurants. Stanton checked in multiple times to make sure it was a great experience, which it was! We would highly recommend!

Lee’s rental is absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy and roomy! There was also 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. I loved it so much and will happily rent it again when I return. Lee was also easy accessible, kind, informative and patient as I had a lot of questions. The location is great - right across the street from the beach walkway and Santa Rosa is charming and quaint. I absolutely loved it and will rent Lee’s rental whenever I’m there!!

Great place to stay with family and kids! Beach and the pool are so close. Place was clean and loved sitting on the deck area watching the ocean. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We LOVE the Bungalow. Could not recommend it more to couples visiting 30A. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - morning, afternoon, and night. The inside was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need. Felicia is a great host!

An Absolutely Phenomenal Stay! Our stay in Panama City was nothing short of fantastic! This Airbnb exceeded every expectation and felt like a true home away from home. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accessible, which made us feel well taken care of from start to finish. They went above and beyond by providing beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys, and even a beach bag—truly everything you could need for a perfect day on the sand. The condo itself was absolutely spotless and fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some!). The beach access was seamless, the chair setup service was such a treat, and the resort staff were welcoming and friendly. This is my family’s 2nd time staying at Ken’s and it was great! Our neighbors upstairs were quite loud with their kids stomping but that’s not Ken’s fault. Besides that, we do plan to stay again next year but preferably with both units and more family to avoid the loud upstairs. The location is perfect to grocery and shopping stores and the beach is directly across the street. Ken even met us to formerly introduce himself which made us even more comfortable. Overall, we will be back and cannot thank Ken enough for the awesome hospitality, home, amenities, and cleanliness. This place is a gem! Highly recommended :-) plus our daughter loved feeding the turtles in the back yard and the perfect sunset views over the lake. Thank Ken!

Great stay for 2! Easy walk to the beach, clean and updated space. Thankfully there were beach chairs (either leftover from another guest or from the hosts) that we were able to use as well. Would return :)

Reginas place was extremely beautiful, inviting, and most importantly comfortable. We really enjoyed the keyless entry as it was very convenient. The beach is right across the street & the views from the balcony are stunning. We really enjoyed sitting out on tbe balcony in the evenings. The kids loved not only the beach, but the pool and hot tub on site too. All the amentities provided such as laundry pods, snacks, a whole chest full of beach necessities, beach chairs, etc. You need it? Reginas got it. We so much enjoyed our stay in Destin and hope to return in the future.

Beautiful water view and the perfect amount of space for my husband and me for the week. We loved having nightly drinks on the deck overlooking the bay.
