Villa holiday rentals in Deux-Sèvres

Sébastien opened his cottage to us for a long weekend and we had a great time. He is very responsive and concerned about the comfort of his guests and does not fail to give all the necessary information for a pleasant stay. The exterior is very good and it is also the strong point of this cottage: swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, barbecue, garden furniture etc...

This place far exceeded my expectations. It was impeccably decorated and had every amenity possible. The animals were an added bonus. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will be back.

Odette's house is simply great! It is cozy, stylish and also practical. Everything is thought of! We didn't miss anything. A great living and dining area with cozy lighting! A beautiful large garden with a covered terrace that offers shade and lights for the evening! During the day, the loungers invite you to Sun bathing. Our oldest son loved his bedroom and bathroom in the annex. We were also enthusiastic about the nearby communal pool, as well as the tennis court and ping pong table. It is a quiet place to relax and unwind. Around it there are plenty of excursion options, which Odette also has in her guidebook. We were in the Futuroscope - everyone loved it. If you have any questions, Odette can always be reached - but there is also a reception on site with helpful staff and bread service. All our children and we really enjoyed it here.

We had a great time at Sébastien's with family and friends. This house is ideal for getting together. House with lots of charm, games for children, swimming pool and the little extra thing 'the vegetable garden'... enough to cook a good ratatouille. An hour from Puy du Fou, nice walk on the Poitevin marsh. Sébastien is responsive, simple and effective communication. Thank you for your kindness. Valerie

We had a great time in this beautiful tastefully restored home. It is very well equipped for children with a very large playroom, a trampoline, a swing. The terrace is lovely. Really a nice place! The welcome was perfect and the communication smooth. Recommended!

Excellent accommodation. We had a great 10 days there. Tastefully decorated, very well equipped and in impeccable condition. The garden is enclosed (perfect for children), shaded and very pretty. Anne-Marie and Jacques are very available and welcoming hosts. We highly recommend this quiet rental in a pretty area.

Great location surrounded by woods and sunflower fields. Big grounds for games and outdoor activities. Two nice pools. A few issues with pools during our stay, which we worked through with Stephen's support. House great but could do with a deep clean. Having two fridges and dishwashers was very useful. Games rooms could do with a refresh. Nice village and we were fortunate to be there during annual weekend fete, fun, with the best firework display we have ever seen. Relaxing and enjoyable and we would revisit. Good communication from Stephen when required, thanks 😊

Lynn and Paul are the best!! We had lots of fun playing soccer under the sequoia, swimming in the pool and drinking the fine rose wine of the area!! I’d go back TOMORROW!!

Very nice house, pleasant, comfortable, well decorated and well equipped. The outside is as beautiful as the inside. Very friendly welcome from Estelle, which doesn't spoil anything. Remote village but not far from the beaches and La Rochelle. I recommend it.

We had a great weekend with friends in this beautiful family home! Everything was perfectly in line with the listing, clean, well decorated and very pleasant to live in. The location is ideal for meeting and enjoying a friendly moment. The host was responsive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Very charming and pleasant villa. Much larger in real life than it appears in the photos and well arranged. The pool is large and pleasant. In addition, our hosts Léa and Vincent were available and very responsive by phone during the stay. Not to mention flexibility for check-in/checkout times. Interesting point to improve, the availability of a little more equipment for daily cleaning, as well as a small instruction booklet for the proper use of electronic devices and appliances.

We had the most wonderful stay at La Petite Maison. The house and gardens are beautiful, exactly like the photos but even better. It is really close to the centre of town and yet completely private and very quiet. The pool was the highlight and we and our kids played in it all day, for the whole week. Everything in the house is set up perfectly, we simply had a wonderful holiday. Thank you so much Emmanuel!!

We had a pleasant stay in this perfectly equipped house with many assets. A large choice of games and activities made our children happy. The exterior is very appreciable. The high heat allowed us to fully enjoy the private pool and terrace. We wanted to end our holiday in a quiet and relaxing place, we were not disappointed. Very good communication with Elisabeth who, despite our late booking request, was responsive and accommodating. Perfectly maintained rental and as per photos and description. We would highly recommend.
