Monthly Rentals in Deveses

The apartment is located on the beachfront, with direct exit from the urbanization and unbeatable views from its two terraces (it is a penthouse). It also has a huge pool and large grass area. All bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe (the one with a slightly smaller and no drawers), the two bathrooms have a cabinet under the toilet (there is a hairdryer) and the upstairs bathroom has a hot tub. The kitchenware is complete, there is tableware to spare for 6 people and in addition to the basic appliances, also dishwasher, coffee maker, iron and toaster. The dining table is spacious and comfortable for 6 adults although maybe there is a lack of an armchair next to the sofa. It is also very nice to eat on the terrace (there is awning). The wifi works very well. Raúl and Rocío's attention has been great, very pending and decisive for anything and super flexible with schedules. We spent a few perfect days and stayed wanting to repeat

A lovely clean place within walking distance of a really nice beach…all the amenities were there plus a pool that we could relax in. The underground parking was a plus too!

We had a lovely time, and Johan & his family were very helpful & responsive. The villa is beautiful, no faults at all - a lovely week 🌴

Excellent place to rest. Very welcoming cabal. Really recommendable. I'll definitely be back!
