Located in Devon our house is set in Bideford. Its a lovely unique, little bit quirky but full of character terraced town house. Its a fully equipped 2 bedroomed house. The main bedroom has a king size bed, the other bedroom junior bunk beds & a single. There is a comfortable lounge, dining room & upstairs bathroom. Wi-Fi and a fully decked back garden complete with furniture & bbq finishes off this ideal base for holidays & great adventures. There is a long stay public car park 2 mins walk away

Grade 2 listed terrace house on the main street of village like historic town, close to local shops and attractions including a swimming pool and arts centre. The town is nestled on a hill with 360 degree views of the North Devon countryside surrounding it. The House of Black & White is a great base to explore North Devon’s wonderful beaches, rugged Moors and breath-taking countryside. The historic market town of Great Torrington in my opinion is a little gem of a town full of friendly people.

We bought this house in 2014 and spent over a year overseeing a complete renovation. The house is decorated in a coastal palette. It's contemporary whilst still retaining some of its original features. Situated within one minute's walk into the centre of Dartmouth, you are right in the heart of the riverside town with its array of restaurants, pubs and bars. Dartmouth is famous for its world renowned Naval College whose past students include King Charles and the late Duke of Edinburgh.

This is a recently renovated terrace house with the back garden Steps leading right onto the beach. The Views are amazing!! where you can enjoy a BBQ with friends and family this is a perfect place to spend time together The Train station and town are just a 5 minute walk away, with the Marina just around the corner. The Seafront, restaurants and bars just 5 minutes walk too. Residents parking has been introduced in our area but there is a long stay car park at the top of the road.

Stones Throw Cottage says it all. 250 metres from the beach, 500 metres from the town, restaurants and shops. Walking distance to Exe estuary trail, marina, Manor gardens, train station, bus station, boat trips and the world heritage Jurassic coastline. The town is one side with the beach on the opposite side. The beach is long with something for everyone. There are lots of activities to enjoy walking, cycling, swimming, sea sports and relaxing.
