Cabin was clean, beautiful and had amazing views. Tons of space, unique and was fun for the whole family! We witnessed a bald eagle flying near the cabin after having caught a fish, it was awesome!! Excellent hosts as well, not demanding and very helpful

We absolutely love staying here! This is our second year and we plan on making this a yearly thing. We have a BIG family with littles that range from infant to 11 years and there’s so much to do out here. The access to the dock, water slide, and paddle boards + kayaks makes this place 1000% worth going to. Justin has always been so good with communication and accommodating with us. I 10/10 recommend this home.

We stayed here for a girl's trip for 5 old friends. We wanted a peaceful place so we could just enjoy relaxing and hanging out but be close to anything we needed. This property delivered! Clutterfree, modern, thoughtfully decorated, every kitchen item that one could want, plenty of space, comfortable furniture, beautiful outdoor spaces, and the most comfortable beds and bedding. Located high on a bluff we had the best view of the lake. Private dock to relax on and use for the boat we rented. Owner was super responsive to any question we had, and was amazingly generous on arranging for an early check in for us. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat for groups of family or friends. Super happy with our choice and it was even better in person than in the pictures! Our stay was peaceful, relaxing, and had everything we wanted to do nearby. Highly recommend!

Started out a great stay but she ended up thinking we should of deep cleaned the property. We left no dishes no trash and swept the floors. Fir having to pay a cleaning fee she was very unappreciative. Won't be returning

Troy and Angela were super responsive, so that made everything a breeze. Great place to stay! Plenty of room for everyone. Great little hang out areas. Loved that it was waterfront and able to take our boat and jetskis! In a quiet cove that perfect!! Will definitely come back! Also; DoorDash and Walmart+ delivers out there 😉

The house was amazing, exactly as the pictures showed, although the pictures dont do it justice. The main floor bedroom suite was stunning, but we would have felt more comfortable with curtains that we could close. The downstairs was anazing with the gameroom and theater room. The outside seating, tables & fire pits were also pretty cool. All in all, one of the better places that we have been to.

What a GREAT time we had while at Grand Lake. The house is just a great as it looks in the pictures and I will be going back! Keith and June were very helpful through the process and made sure we felt right at home! This house has everything that you could need while being at the lake. All the beds were GREAT, very COLD AC, and all the kitchen utensils you would need! We spent a lot of time in the back yard, playing pool on the pool table, corn hole and hanging out in the hot tub!

This is a clean, fully stocked cabin that has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed the back porch with fire pit, spacious bedrooms and clean bathrooms. The wildlife put in quite a show too! My children enjoyed playing with the games in the toy closet. I had everything I needed to prepare breakfast each morning. It was also handicap accessible for my elderly father who uses a walker! I would definitely rent again.

My extended family of 10 had an awesome weekend on the lake! The home was comfortable for all of us with beautiful views from nearly every room. My nephews love to fish and this turned out to be a great spot for catfish. We enjoyed the shady deck and evenings around the fire pit. Page, our host, was quick to respond and friendly.

Our family of 6 rented both cabins for 4 nights and we were all impressed with how well done this Airbnb is! They are decorated so cute, and were even decorated for Christmas! Extremely clean and well taken care of. Beds were fabulous. Everything we needed in the kitchen to cook; we made most of our meals. Plenty of towels provided, blankets for indoor and outdoor, lots of wood for the bonfire. Great location close to the lake (cannot walk to it, but super quick drive to marina) and 20 min from Eureka Springs. Would love to come back in the summer and use the big backyard more. Nothing but 5 stars and being thoroughly impressed with these cabins! You will not be disappointed!

The house was gorgeous, clean, and so comfortable. I felt like the hosts had really thought of everything in providing for guests, from the toys and playground for the kids to the kayaks and the kiddie pool for outdoor fun. Our group’s favorite spot to hang out was the incredible back deck. You just can’t beat the peaceful serenity or the beautiful views of Grand Lake. I would absolutely book here again for a family vacation!

It was a fantastic stay! Our float trip was 10/10 as this house was so close to the Elk River/River Ranch Resort and it felt like home after spending hours in the water. The keypad check-in was painless and there was a real key once inside the home. The space accommodated our 9 adults comfortably for sleeping arrangements. The patio had furniture and a grill available for use. The kitchen had pots/pans, plates, mugs and glasses. There were NO hand towels but there were paper towels readily available. The master bedroom had a CO2 or smoke alarm beep constantly but we were unable to access the alarm and had to sleep with the beeps, which was the only bad part of our trip. He gave recs/contact info for local shuttles and nightlife, and when the WiFi password wasn't working, his son came within the hour to assist us! I loved all the clean towels placed on the beds. If we return to Noel we definitely will stay with Jesus again!

We took a family of 13 (8 adults, 2 teens, 3 littles) for a three day weekend. There was definitely plenty of room for our group. The game room was a huge hit, the house location close to the water was perfect. And they had everything you could possibly need so do not bother over packing and taking stuff you don’t. Lots of house towels, beach towels, life vests, outdoor activities, board, games, and puzzles, full kitchen. It was a perfect family get away. Our family will definitely be back to enjoy this property again at some point.

We had a great time. Especially great for our two littles. Lots of s’mores and memories were made!

Great roomy place. Open concept kitchen/dinning area/Living room. Everything you need to grill meals except charcoal. Nice large shared Hot Tub and Fire Pit area. Lots of open space for playing outdoor games or just chilling by the huge fire pit! Pets are graciously accepted. Great space for a large group to camp and explore the area, fish, float the Elk River. Would definitely recommend to other guests.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and helpful local recommendations. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this host to anyone visiting the area!

Julie was a great host! The pool was so much fun for the kids and adults alike. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and spices, and the outdoor kitchen was great to use. We appreciated the local recommendations of places to swim as well.

the property is beautiful inside and out almost all the cooking utensils you could need and very spacious right on the back 40 trail. would be a great stay for mtb biking enthusiasts

This house was awesome! The kids loved being able to feed the animals every day and the zoo safari is definitely a must! Diane is very responsive and wants you to feel at home. Kitchen had everything you need to cook a full meal. Everything is clean and in great condition. Plenty of towels in all bathrooms and plenty of beach towels. No need to bring pool floats/toys! This house has plenty! Definitely will book here again whenever we come back to this area.

Family came together from four states to celebrate a graduation and this was a wonderful place for us to stay. We were able to spend lots of quality time as a family. The spacious kitchen and lovely garden were two main gathering places. We had a terrific time and were grateful to have the space to be together comfortably.

The home was beautiful. My family really enjoyed all the amenities the residence had to offer. Very clean and updated. The only gripe would be the smoke alarm was chirping all through our last night in the home. Would definitely recommend and consider returning at a future date.
