This cozy apartment is in the Swabian style. Two people, even with a child (2), will find everything they need for a break in a small space (also 3 adults+1 child). There is a fully equipped kitchenette. The guest can adjust the heating himself. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, naturally warm water, washing machine, view of the countryside. In addition to the pull-out sofa bed (160 x 200) downstairs, there is another bed (100 x 200) on the gallery as well as a cot (70 x 160).

The charming accommodation is quiet and close to nature in the immediate vicinity of Lech – ideal for jogging, walking or switching off. At the same time, you can reach the city center in just about 10 minutes. The accommodation is fully equipped with a kitchen incl. Free parking is available directly in front of the house on the street.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind.
