Vacation home at Semberg

The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

To green happiness

With a functional interior and attention to detail, the 2-room apartment turns out to be a wonderful home away from home in beautiful East Westphalia. Quietly yet conveniently located on the outskirts. With 53 sqm, the vacation home is perfect for couples. Through floor-to-ceiling large walk-in windows, you feel right in the middle of the greenery, or enjoy nature from the large garden terrace and the patio. Non-smoking and no pets. Booking through third-party providers is not permitted.

Inke's guest apartment

Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located on the mezzanine floor of an old building and is about 50 square meters. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 double bed. In the living room there is a 90 x 190 bed next to the sofa. In the courtyard there are some cozy seating areas. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. In the courtyard there is a parking space available for your car.

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

This modern 70 m² apartment with private sauna is located directly on the ski slope and the bike park – ideal for an active vacation with relaxation. Two bedrooms with box-spring beds and a sofa bed can accommodate up to 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen, a stylish bathroom with shower and two balconies create a cozy atmosphere. Wi-Fi, Netflix and Waipu TV are included. An underground parking space is also at your disposal – for an all-round carefree stay.

Apartment 3 offers comfortable accommodation for up to two guests in 39 square meters. The location in Diemelstadt convinces with its proximity to nature and recreational areas. Just a few minutes' drive away, you can enjoy walks along Lake Diemelsee, which is known for its relaxed atmosphere. The region invites you to cycling and hiking tours. Attractions such as the Diemelsee Nature Park are easily accessible and ideal for day trips. Close to the A44.

Living on the farm

Our house is free-standing between fields, forest and meadows in beautiful scenery. The former farm is located near Wolfhagen. The 100 sqm apartment is on the ground floor and has separate entrances and a very large eat-in kitchen, which is very extensively equipped. The courtyard, terrace and garden can also be used at any time. Hiking enthusiasts can start directly from the farm. The Unesco World Heritage Site "Bergpark" can be reached quickly.

Dream apartment with a dream view of the Edersee

The Mediterranean-style house "Bella Vista" is located on a sunny viewing platform over the lake, in the middle of idyllic nature, directly on the Jungle Trail and offers a fantastic view far over the lake, to the castle of Waldeck and the mountain ranges of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park.
