The whole appartment is separate from the house, so our guests will have full privacy. The accommodation has a private entrance with a free private parking under the carport and access to a cozy, green private outdoor terrace (also just acces for the guests). A comfortable kingsize bed and bathroom with separate toilet. Free WiFi, mini-bar, coffee and tea.

Hi, we are Cees and Cathalijne, and we are happy to offer our upper floor. The apartment is in Centrumeiland, a new neighborhood in Amsterdam. Within walking distance are shops, supermarkets, terraces, restaurants and the beach! The apartment has a living room with pantry, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and 2 balconies. Directly behind the shared front door is the staircase up to the apartment: it is separate from the rest of the house. We live downstairs ourselves, so you have a lot of privacy.

Our house is located at Amsterdam IJburg, a new area of Amsterdam famous for its modern architecture. The house is located in a very child friendly neighbourhood, because of this location we only rent out our house to families with children and not to group of friends. In one minute from our house you can take public transport which will take you to Amsterdam city centre in 15 minutes. The house is directly at the water, where you can swim and enjoy nature. 1 free parking place available

Sleepover Diemen

De studio ligt in het centrum van Diemen, bij het winkelcentrum met supermarkten en restaurants. Je loopt in 5 minuten naar openbaar vervoer: trein of tram en je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek. Met een badkamer, koffiecorner, koelkast, laptopkluis, tv, tweepersoons bed en Wifi.

A'dam Good Story! On the 2nd and 3rd floor of my home I created an affordable place to stay. Comfortable and clean for friends & families. What you see is what you get. I live in a quiet, residential neighbourhood and perfect for like minded people. The metro to the city runs until around 00:15, not ideal for nightcrawlers. Beautiful apartment not far from the center.

Beautifully furnished apartment available on the days when I am not present. The apartment is in a nice location. Within 20 minutes by public transportation, you are in the city center. Public transport and local supermarkets are within walking distance. Ideally located for visiting the Johan Cruijff ArenA, Ziggo Dome and AFAs live. In addition, the apartment has all the comforts. A spacious balcony, washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV, kitchen appliances. Any transfers can be discussed.

Familyhome with a big garden and free parking

We have a honestly unique house in Diemen, a new neighborhood close to public transport directly to Amsterdam. It's unique because the house is detached ans very well equiped. We have bikes, a trampoline and a huge amount of grass to play on. For a swim you can jump in the canal, just across the street. Naturally, we have tv, wifi, washer and dryer. There are two bedroomrooms for children and there is a masterbedroom. The bathroom contains a shower and a seperate bathtub.
